Britannic (2000 TV Movie)

The fact that some actually like this movie is surprising

Definitely don't watch this awful film. Basically everything is historically wrong. Weather, time of day, cause of sinking, way of sinking. Even the explosion and the killer propellers are on the wrong side. Everything is made using terrible GCI and where is looks so bad, the set is dark. The sinking is just wrong. At the end, the brittanic tips over and the whole titanic sized ship is gone in seconds. This is probably because they were too lazy to make the ship sink properly. GCI is just terrible and unrealistic, I've seen movies from the '80s and can name multiple which have better special effects.

Best movie of this year!

After watching the trailer and reviews, I knew it was going to be a good movie but after watching it on the big screen, it was SO much better than expected. What a movie to watch after being away from the cinemas for 3 years! What does it not have? It has action, emotion, positive messages, attention to details and guess what? Even a bit of comedy with frame perfect timing. Even better if you love planes or Tom Cruise. You must watch it in the theaters before it goes off.

Karzzzz (2008)

Why does this even exist?

Just copy-paste the script from the original Karz and have a wannabe super star as the main role! Acting is poor, script is poor. Basically a rip-off.

Shaan (1980)

Classic

Amitabh and Shashi make the best duo with Shatrugan adding to it. The personality of Shakaal is unique compared to Gabbar with a soft but menacing tone. Songs, particularly "Janu meri jaan" are classical and better than todays nonsense. Crocodiles as the antagonist's weapon appeals to the audience and definitely adds to the villain's nastiness. Sunil Dutt is perfect to play the role of an honest polie officer. There is a lot of killing scenes but it's good.

Zero (III) (2018)

Zero name, zero quality

SRK was probably threatened at gunpoint or offered a sum he could not refuse. If they could make the effort to make SRK small throughout the whole film, couldn't they have put that effort into making a good quality movie instead of some cheap romance. SRK's character is really irritating and the story is a mess. Katrina is extremely overrated and can't act. What has this world got to?

Santa Banta Pvt Ltd (2016)

If the film name is "banta" expect rubbish.

Spy comedy has great potential, with the Johnny English franchise being more than enough to prove my point. Directing is poor and lazy. Even good comedy actors haven't been able to deliver an even remotely funny comedy. Story is boring. Don't do what I did and waste your time and money.

Bhuj: The Pride of India (2021)

Ajay and Sanjay's best movie.

Real life based films are usually good but this one is quite exeptional. No nonsense between a couple/lovers, no time pass fight between who rivals, quick action, easy to understand, natural and realistic special effects and wheat every film needs, a good story. There's no scene where the screenplay starts to get boring or repetitive nor any unnecessary time kill. It's patriotic, gripping and definitely worth the time or money you spend.

Johnny English (2003)

One of the best

Rowan Atkinson as Johnny English is hilarious and entertaining! Not only does it have a good plot, there's intelligent comedy and it has you dying of laughter when he messes up things terribly.

Dhoom (2004)

Best one of the dhoom series

When I first watched Dhoom, it was boring with Ali Akbar (Uday Chopra)'s overracting not helping either, however it starts to get better when Kabir (John Abraham) and his team on motocycles start robbing the city and Jai Dixit (Abhishek Bachchan)'s plan to catch them. The action is very natural and good stunts.

Angrezi Medium (2020)

Not as great as expected

The story isn't too bad and in some places it does pick up. It does, however fall apart near the end and the story becomes a mess and the plot goes all over the place.

Golmaal: Fun Unlimited (2006)

Good movie, could have been better.

Some scenes are a little bit vulgar but still funny. Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi and Sharman Joshi's performances were the best. Rimi Sen's character was nonsense and the movie as a whole would have been much better without her. Sanjay Mishra, Vrajesh Hirjee and Mukesh Tiwari are in all 4 of the golmaal films and were okay. If the movie focused on Paresh Rawal instead of Rimi Sen, it would have been 9 stars. Plot is okay, action is okay.

Fan (I) (2016)

This is a good movie

Only flopped because of a tasteless audience who can't get off the same romance movies. It's about a 20 year old boy called Gaurav (Shahrukh Khan) who is obsessed with film star Aryan Khanna, (also Shahrukh Khan) which leads him into trouble when Aryan refuses to give Gaurav 5 minutes despite the boy's struggle and dedication. Just because it's not a love story, don't miss it.

Andaz Apna Apna (1994)

Great time-pass movie!

The jokes are great and non vulgar, Aamir Khan, Paresh Rawal, Shakti Kapoor acted really well. Even Salman Khan was fairly good too. The confusion between who is Raveena and who is Bajaj end up in a hilarious mess up! Definitely watch.

3 Idiots (2009)

3 idiots made a smart film

Aamir Khan's performance is fantastic, Madhavan, Boman Irani and Sharman Joshi also did well. The thing that comes to mind is that it's a flashback film wich I've only seen in this and Chhichhore. Aamir Khan's intelligence and innocence appeals a lot to the audience and enhances the performance. Omi and Javed Jaffery played their parts nicely. Kareena Kapoor does overact but is covered by Aamir Khan's good acting.

College is tough in real life so the movie is more fun. The college dean Viru Sahastrabuddhe, called Virus (Boman Irani) is always on the look out for Rancho (Aamir Khan) and end up being outsmarted every time.

10/10 definitely watch it.

Jolly LLB (2013)

Overral a good film to watch, especially if you like court case dramas

Definitely reccommend this film to watch. Court case dramas are quite fun to watch as well as the outstanding performance of Arshad, Boman and Saurabh. It's based on Salman bhai's hit and run case and the corruption of the defendant side. It starts of quite slow and honestly a little bit boring but then picks up and becomes interesting to watch. Cannot complain about the comedy added in parts of it. Good movie.

Dhoom 3 (2013)

Dissapointment

Was expecting much better after seeing Dhoom 1 and 2. The previous movies starred John and Hritik as the villains, which they have the looks and personality to be a criminal. Aamir Khan just looks like a dwarf and completely confused. Katrina is overrated and can't act even now, let alone in 2013. Too much nonsense between those two and in the end Aamir Khan(s) commit suicide because they don't want to be caught, which is too similar to Dhoom 1. The only thing that appeals is the unexpected double role Aamir Khan but that alone is nowhere near enough to save it.

Sanju (2018)

Good movie but with lots of flaws

The main problem with this one is that the story is one sided as it shows Sanjay Dutt to be a straightforward person but he really is nothing like it, particularly when he goes to jail for buying weapons as it makes it seem he was trying to protect his father. The film also makes Sanjay Dutt seem like a hero and great superstar when he isn't. Still liked it though.

Watched it for Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani

Dumbest thing I've done. 10 minutes in you get bored and pissed off by poor directing and unfunny "comedy". Arshad Warsi and the Iranis did a good performance but their characters just become irritating/boring. Stopped watching after 30 minutes.

John Abrahams best movie 4 sure

Based on a true story how India became a nuclear state, it's thrilling, interesting, satisfactory and none of that romance nonsense nearly every bollywood movie feels the need to add in. Definitely watch.
