Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (2010 Video Game)

Amazing Game, as good as AC2

I am a big fan of AC. I loved the first game, and I loved the second. Now, for the third game (AC:B), I thought it is quite similar to AC2, but do not get me wrong, if I say it is as good as AC2, I mean it's a great game.

What I loved mostly about this game is that the whole story was in Roma. You did not have to go from one city to another like the previous games. As for the weapons, I was hoping for much more weapons, but yet, the weapons were amazing. I believe it is a bit more difficult than the previous games, but still not very complex. I hate games that are very difficult, which keeps me in a frustrating state.

I was hoping that the player could have control of more than one character (not only Ezio), but this did not happen. Although you can do it in the multiplayer game, but not the main game. Maybe this is something that Ubisoft should look into when designing their next game.

Excellent job Ubisoft. We will be waiting for the next game.

God of War III (2010 Video Game)

Slightly Better than the first two games

What can I say about God of War 3. It is an amazing game. You never want this game to end and at the same time you do not want to leave the joystick until you are done with the game. Sony have really worked so hard on the graphics, you can really feel the difference in the graphics. As for the fights and story, it is different than the previous games, but the quality is as good. I expected a better ending, but still, this is God of War, I love everything about it.

It is only slightly better than the first two, it's just because there was nothing wrong with the first two! The weapons are much better in this new game, plus you get to keep the things you got in the previous game, i.e. your wings.

I hope everyone enjoys this game as much as I have enjoyed it.

Dante's Inferno (2010 Video Game)

An exact copy of God of War

I bought Dante's Inferno because I read so many reviews stating that the game is very similar to God of War (it was also very clear from the trailer). I never thought that even the controls would be the same! Although Dante's Inferno is a nice game, with an OKAY story, but I am very disappointed that the creators of this game seem to have taken everything from God of War. Also, when you plan the game, the environment around you does not change, you are in inferno for almost all of the game. The change of background is very important in making a game succeed.

I rated this game as 7 because it is nice to play, bashing all the minions of Lucifer. My opinion is that I do not feel that this game will be as good as God of War, although the creators have tried very hard to do so. God of war will be released in a couple of days (16th March 2010). We'll see how that game would compare to Dante's Inferno.

Assassin's Creed II (2009 Video Game)

All I can say about this game is: WOW

I've been saying to everybody, if you didn't play Assassin's Creed (AC) 1 yet, play it before you play Assassin's Creed 2. Although, there is not much link between the two parts, AC2 is much more advanced than AC1. When I first played AC1, I loved it, but I had few comments (which everyone did), but now in AC2, all these comments were taken care of, making this game the best game in 2009.

They have taken care of many comments, which many players had including me. They have dealt with the repetition in AC1, there is limited repetition, where the story is much smoother and different. They have dealt with the fact that a great assassin jumping from building to building could not swim, now the assassin can swim wherever he desires. The graphics have been enhanced. There are more weapons to use and not limited to the sword, assassination blade and throwing knives.

I would say that Ubisoft should be very proud for being able to create such a great game. We will definitely be waiting for Assassin's Creed 3.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (2009 Video Game)

Amazing Game

I had to give this game a 10. I really enjoyed this game, even more than I enjoyed Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. The nice thing about the new game is that the graphics and cut-scenes are to die for. Also, there is an auto target option which eases your misery of targeting enemies. If you are a fan of adventure and thriller games, this is definitely the game for you. All new characters that will make the story even more interesting and also, the music used is amazing.

Uncharted has done it again, by far, the best PS3 game released in 2009. I am sure it will be very difficult to build a better game, that's why I gave this game a 10 as I cannot even find one negative thing about it.

Excellent job Naughty Dog, you did it again!

The Message (1976)

One of Quinn's best movies ever

This movie is one of the best movies acted by Anthony Quinn. When watching this movie, you have to bear in mind that it was produced in 1976 (more than 30 years ago). The acting was so real and the plot was interesting.

This movie sums up the Islamic beliefs and life of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) in a detailed way. For those who want to know more to the origin of Islam, this is a very interesting and entertaining way to do so. All the facts in the story are written in the books, so no scenes were added to the original events.

Maybe some might feel that not showing the face of the prophet or some other characters was a disadvantage, but I do not think it lowered the quality of this movie.

For another great movie by Quinn, watch "Lion of the Desert". It is one of his greatest movies as well.

300 (2006)

Nice movie, but .......

When I heard about (300), I was so excited to watch the movie. I love watching such movies and I was comparing it to Troy, Gladiator and those types of movies in which I love so much. After watching the movie, I thought it was a nice movie BUT ..... the graphics were too much. What I mean is, the movie did not look real, it looked like a movie from a playstation game, not real actors.

There was a lot of fuss about this movie that it was filmed mainly using graphics, well, don't get me wrong, the graphics are amazing, but yet, people like me, love to see some real pictures. I am a person who look at details. You will notice that the sky was cloudy all the time, it was dull, the movie lacked some real colors.

I rated the movie (7) because it is a great movie, all what I disliked is the large dependence on graphics in which I thought was a disadvantage.
