Awesome show

Karol and supporting actors are all fantastic. Loved the Sushant Singh rajput case. Hope there is a season 2. Great for binge watching. Good adaptation of the good wife and has the right amount of Indian culture And emotional elements. Good storylines and taut direction with well fleshed out characters. Kajol passes with flying colours. She deserves more solid roles that allow her to perform and show off her range. Liked Suchitra pillai as an opposing lawyer in one episode. She is a solid actor. The child actors are great too and show great acting range despite their young age. Great show overall.

Such a cute movie. Lovely songs and grt chemistry between Priyanka and sam. Lovely old fashioned romantic comedy like you've got mail, sleepless in Seattle etc. Fun for the whole family. Must watch in theatres. Lovely new songs by Celine dion too. Nick's cameo was so funny. Love again gives hope for so many who have been hurt in love and wish to try again. Go with your friends or family and laugh and cry and fall in love again. Grt performances from all the actors and the supporting actors too. Definitely worth watching at the theatre. Wholesome, happy, hopeful movie and a sweet romantic comedy.

Scarborough (2021)

Too many stereotypes

Would have been a good movie if it had risen above the stereotypes- I don't mind you depicting a good natured Muslim immigrant teacher but there's no need to diss Christians and show them all as mean hypocrites. Also the abused Filipino immigrant single mum, the abusive white trash guy and the native Canadian single mum with the autistic kid are all tired old stereotypes. Rise above them. Nothing new and groundbreaking in the movie.

Dhaakad (2022)

Decent action movie

Decent action entertainer. Gives a lot of tomb raider, atomic blonde vibes. Kangana is brilliant as usual. Great action and stunts. Good support from Divya Dutta, Arjun Rampal and the actor who plays the spymaster. The story is odd at times- like she's a spy so I don't know why she's fighting trafficking instead of terrorism. Overall a good movie. If people are not watching in theatres, it's because they dislike Kangana. Her hubris has ruined her career.

Dasvi (2022)

Abhishek's comedy timing is awesome as always. Great support from Nimrat Kaur and Yami Gautam. Super funny political comedy with a relevant message. Abhishek is such an underrated actor. He deserves so much more recognition.

What next? Tom Hiddleston playing Django? Netflix is going to ridiculous lengths to pander to the woke snowflakes for the sake of token inclusivity.

Gorgeous Bhansali sets, photography, soulful music and a career best performance by Alia Bhatt. Her voice, mannerisms and acting is spot on. Ajay devgan gives a powerful guest appearance.

Great acting by deepika and the others. Complex story and well developed characters. There are a lot of layers to delve into. Worth watching. Naseerudin shah was a great addition to the cast.

Kangana was like amma reincarnated. I'm a tamilian so I've grown up watching amma on tv. I still can't understand how kangana did it without knowing the language or Tamil culture. Easily one of the best actresses in the country. My fav arvind Swamy was mgr reincarnated. Loved him so much. Grt supporting performances, direction, set design and songs.

Please don't give negative reviews due to kangana's personal opinions. I do not like her as a person but that still does not take away from her craft. She is amazing.

Navarasa (2021– )

Decent series except for one story

All the stories are good except the last one - Love. Had so much expectation from the Surya - Goutam menon combo. It was awful- terrible music, no story, corny dialogues, zero chemistry between the leads and surya looks too old to play a young struggling musician.

All the other stories were good with strong performances.

Good acting from both the emmas. Decent storyline. Disney's woke nonsense is reaching the limit. This is why I don't subscribe to Disney plus. Anita and jasper are black and roger looks indian 🙄 That's not even the worst part. They have totally changed Cruella's character and she does not seem to want dog coats. Moronic.

A must watch movie. A poignant and sensitive portrayal of the polite patriarchy in Indian society that enslaves women as house wives and places men as masters of female desires and sexuality under the cloak of religion and culture.

The strength of the movie is that the men are not portrayed as cruel, abusive brutes but simply as regular people in realistic settings. Stellar performances all around 👏🏻
