That '90s Show (2023)
And THAT'S a revival!
Can't believe on some bad ratings! What's not to like about this show? A true saudosist revival with a great casting, great cameos and hilarious punch lines. It's a light, funny and old school humor!
Kitty is as great as in "That's 70's..", I laugh until my stomach hurts, specially when she gets a tattoo!
I can't wait for the new episodes! Hope that Netflix doesn't cancel this one, it must have at least 3 seasons if keeps or improve the quality!
I guess that the people whom didn't enjoy it, also didn't enjoy the original, or didn't even watched... I loved it, and I'm already excited for the upcoming episodes!
Tales of the Walking Dead: La Doña (2022)
What was really happenning after all??
This episode had a great, but wasted, potential to be one of the best of first season.
It starts good, specially the dinner scene with all tension... and that's where it goes down the hill.
I don't mind with a supernatural addition to the TWD universe, I found it really good at Episode 2... but it there's no certain if is that what's really happenning!
Was their guilt consumming their sanity? Was the ghost of old lady? Were they mental ill? It was all of that??
When you think some kind of explanation will be given, the ending credits shows on screen...
Tales of the Walking Dead started really well but ended really disappointing!
Tales of the Walking Dead: Blair/Gina (2022)
Fun episode!!
This episode shows that TWD can embrace humor without lose the essence!
I would love to see those two again, they have a great chemistry! A comical spin-off maybe?
It would be a waste if they appear on only one episode!!
I loved the "Happy Death Day" and "Final Destination" vibe!! It worked real good with the beginning of the zombie apocalypse!
And this episode brought what I love in zombie movies/ series/ books/ games: the first hours of the zombie apocalypse, when the people are realizing what's going on!
Also, the episode take us back to Atlanta, where Rick's journey began, what adds a nice touch for the fans!
Nope (2022)
A good movie, but not that much
I guess "Get Out!" set the bar too high on Peele's films.. "Us" wasn't as good as, and "Nope" it's easily the worst of 3...
Yeah, it's a good movie but, except for the methaphorical part, doesn't bring anything mind blowing or scary at all...
The tension is very bland and the characters has nothing that makes you love then, hate them, or even cheer for their success or failure...
It could be way better, specially if you consider the lenght... it has a good ambientation, a good photography, sound effects... but it has almost no soul! I hope Jordan Peele can, someday, repeat the "Get Out!"'s quality... unfortunatelly, wasn't this time!
Orphan: First Kill (2022)
When you thought that won't be no surprise: SURPRISE!
I don't understand why some people rated so low! A prequel in the way that all prequels supposed to be!
Great link to the first movie, explaining, for exemple, how she learned to paint in black light...
And if you think that everything is predictable, the plot twist will surprise you...
The only thing that I didn't like was the contrast, giving a blurry impression...
Firestarter: Rekindled (2002)
Not so bad, but the ending...
Until the farm scene, the movie is great, but from the moment they capture her father, the movie goes down the hill...
It doesn't make any sense she let be carried by her mother's killer. Only because he saved her from the "fireproof guys"?? Oh, c'mon!!
It feels like the writers didn't know how to end, so they thrown a lazy, poorly wrote ending.
It's a shame, because in the first hour I was asking "why the low rating?", but when she enters the DSI facility, I was like "oh ok, that's why!"
For those who didn't watched the Drew Barrymore's version, or didn't read the book, it may be a good TV movie... unfortunatelly, that wasn't my case!
The Shining (1980)
Great horror movie, horrible adaptation of a book
I can totally understand why Stephen King doesn't like this movie! It completelly changes the plot, making Jack the villain till the very ending...
And that "Tony Finger" thing, seriously???
If wasn't the great acting from Jack Nicholson, this movie would suck for real!
I know that it sounds crazy, but I really like more the 1995's TV movie rather than the Kubrick's masterpiece, because it's way more faithful to the book!
Thank God "Dr. Sleep" was able to bring together the Kubrick's plot with King's without deny one or other, showing the true meaning of the shine and somehow redeeming Jack!
Those Who Walk Away (2022)
Better walk away...
A horrible blinking light experience with a poor plot and a pointless ending...
Walk away from this movie or just waste your time watchin...
The "one take" was a good thing but didn't save the movie...
Bel-Air (2022)
Don't get yourself mislead by the b**thurt reviews
The show is a perfect dramactic view from the original. There's a lot of refferences and some cooll adds to adapt to 2020's reality...
People who complains about the racism theme approach have must forgotten or didn't payied attention to the original...
Era Uma Vez... (2008)
Great movie with terrible ending sequel...
The movie is greatly written but the ending sequel was just a bunch of non sense errors...
Why the hell Nina didn't scream "he saved my life" to cops, instead of run with Dé inside thr hot dog cabine? And why the hell she convince him to put the gun in her Head? Also, why the hell she leaves him to a clean shot from cops when she heards her father??
It doesn't makes sense at all!
It's just to vilanize cops killing innocents... Sad, because the whole movie before the kidnap was great!
The Lodge (2019)
What a waste of time
Totally boring and predictable!
The attempt to create an opressive atmosphere resulted in a very slow pace movie with no plot twist at all!
At the beginning of the Second act, I figured out what was happenning and how it's going to end!
The only thing good is the cast acting!
Don't waste your time...
Bacurau (2019)
Sooo overrated
Bad acting, bad sound quality, slow, unnecessary scenes, unnecessary nudity...
I really don't understand why this movie is so acclaimed!!
It Chapter Two (2019)
The First chapter should be the only one
As I loved the chapter one, I was really disappointed by chapter Two. The excessive use of CGI took out ALL the scary and fear of the movie.
