What is the ACTUAL theme of this tripe?!
24 May 2023
Warning: Spoilers
44 Minutes in and I've noticed that Hathaway is a hero after foiling an airline high jacking and is living large as a reward thanks to the government. He's caught the eye of one other passenger of the same flight who is an easy as, flirty bimbo whom is surprisingly clingy and needy as all hell! I thought I should do the smart thing and surf this title for honest reviews to save my time and brain cells. Thanks for said reviews, I won't be finishing this anime title unless it's on in the background while I dust my room haha.

The funniest thing is when that older gentleman gets shot twice, causing his partner to frantically dash face first into the cabin's wall. At least the anime eye candy will justify tuning in for a short while. Ew!

I'd rather go to bed, with someone like Mace Flower >_O.

NostalgiA at its Finest! \m/ ^_^ \m/

Warning: Spoilers
The funny gags, the storylines, the moral of each episode and the stellar beautiful cast (I can't decide who I'm crushing on: Mel, Rachel or Bree <3) watching this show today in 2021 after finishing 'Back to the Rafters' really does hit home with the fond memories of looking forward to Tuesday nights back in 2010 - 2012 when I was somewhat keen on this show. This would have to be the best Australian comedy drama I have EVER binged on.

I will point out that Donna and her OCD was bearable. The worst whiney, over the top character goes to Carbo's Mum. FMD, EVERY little THING just HAD to be a situation to the point that I had to fast-forward her scenes with necessary delight! Should have written her to be less of a head case.

Absolutely loved the boys nights out! Hilarious banter and authentic Acting. I've met both Angus and Hugh. Uber friendly and laid back. Coby was hilarious with his high octane demeanour - whether it be loathing his sister Bree or raving on about getting on the cans. One scene had me in stitches where he unleashed his inner bogan to scare off potential buyers of Carbo and Ben's home.

Speaking of which, such a beautiful house. I wonder what the actual living room really looks like? <3.

The Order (2019–2020)

Well... It ain't Trublood.
5 July 2020
The appealing factor is that there are werewolves. No Vampires, had Enuff of those shows. Edward is a borderline creep (annoying as his goatee and smug look everytime he basically wants to bend Alyssa over), Gabrielle shoulda died first, and Lilith needs to get laid!-Like seriously, her period-power trip is EVER so tiring, Gabrielle's character doesn't really serve a purpose. The show overall draaaaags on like a boring episode of 'Days Of Our Lives'...with Werewolves 🙄🐾

The appeal of the apparent eye candy wears off after 4 episodes..

So do yourself a favour, just watch reruns of Trublood for your Werewolf, Vampire, Fairy and Witch fix

Hilarity ensued by a true Malaysian
18 February 2020
As a half Malaysian myself, I can say that Ronnie clearly is the typical stereotype which bodes well with the comedic aspect of this show surrounding university life. He reminds me of Donald Duck, always annoyed and easily triggered by something. I don't think I ever saw him smile or laugh in all 7 episodes of the first season, I mean let's face it, in reality no one is ever going to want to hang out with someone who is quite the overly opinionated, mood dampener. The writing and comedic gags are clever. Ronnie's on screen mom is brilliant. Great acting and interesting storylines. Elvin steals the show bahaha.

Smile Ronnie...life ain't so bad [^_^]

Flaked (2016–2017)
Great. Now I'm depressed!
7 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I wasted time watching the first episode. Time I'll never get back. Basically it's cliche Venice Beach stereotypes with a very sad, tame and timid Z-grade Californication wanna be crap-show. I'm reminded why LA is only good to visit, not live there unless you have a plan and/or a lot of money.

I find Will Arnetts character to be self absorbed. All these other characters looking up to him like some sort of emotional Macgyver who can solve all of their problems. Gimme a break. Getting stopped by a cop or an aspiring comedian to intervene an old recovering alcoholic who actually has somewhere to be lol...righteo then...🙄

No direction or point to the episode..every chick is hot - surprise, surprise. The California soft rock with the over delayed/reverbed guitars adds a touch of the OC to the mix, however this show is just miserably sad all the time! The theme music sounds worse than the music coming from my old Nintendo Game Boy. Meaningless dialogue, annoying characters. That blonde dude who was pining over the blonde waitress 'London' ...just be the 40 year old man you clearly look to be and just talk to her. Geeez

Reminded why I wait till it's available on Netflix
2 November 2019
They really should've stopped at Afterlife. The story line was waaay too far fetched. I feel the movie relied on the special effects to carry this abomination home. The female cast are stunning, yet I found it kinda funny that they had to wear skin tight or leggy battle dresses when action took place. The fight sequences were hilariously stupid. All these flips and slow-mo, mid air head shots were laaaame! Why does the little red hologram girl have to have a proper pommy accent? Cheesey and disappointing. I stopped watching it half way, then got back to it days later. Yep, it was still crap. Got even worse. No more RE films. 🥂 Cheers 👊🏼
