Just like politics, no matter what proof is given, people will always believe what they want to believe. I just wish that some people would stop trying to take away from others what makes them feel good. Leave others alone to make up their own minds, stop trying to cause disbelief in what helps people emotionally. The government hasn't mandated how everyone is allowed to spend their money today yet. This society has turned so negative, so much hatred. Why can't others let people find happiness? It amazes me, how many people in this generation get more happiness out of making other people miserable.

Second Chance
(I) (2016)
Kept me on the edge of my seat!
9 August 2023
I thought this was a terrific series, just wish that Fox didn't cancel it. I hate to say how many series I've watched, only getting one or two Seasons out of them and they get canceled. I don't get it. The garbage they keep and no one watches, yet the good shows they cancel. I would really like to see this one come back, along with A gifted man, and there was a really good Stephen Spielberg series that ended after 3 seasons & really could have gone longer too! The town was in a bubble, started out with cows getting cut in half. Well anyway, this Second Chance series should have kept going, Shame on FOX! Again.
Father Stu
(2022)
Wonderful movie!
17 April 2022
I saw this when it came out here Friday afternoon, had a bad morning at work, decided out of no where to stop at the theater, which I've not been to in years... I really enjoyed the movie, the acting, all of it. Not to much keeps my attention these days.. Sometimes the echo in the theater kept me from hearing something right, but I am gladly/anxiously waiting for this to come out streaming somewhere, just to watch again. If it comes out on DVD, i might even buy that. Very happy I went, someone, somewhere guided me to there for a reason.
Married... with Children
(1987–1997)
family sitcoms best of the best!
10 April 2022
One of the best, along with All in the family. I hope IMDB get more than just the seasons 9 & 10 though. Just like All in the family, you won't see this kind of comedy ever again, the way the world has lost their sense of humor. They take everything way to serious and personal. I already bought the DVDs & a set for my son because he doesn't get into the firestick, etc.. streaming.. Bought a set for myself because it's to hard to find all the series/episodes. These are keepers, I hope people in the future learn to laugh again!
All in the Family
(1971–1979)
Laughing out loud!

You will never ever get humor like this again! All in the family and Married with children (which I am looking for on here next). I can watch these shows over and over again. When your feeling down during these horrible times if you can't find these on streaming, buy the DVD set, you won't be sorry. Enjoy! I do!
An American Crime
(2007)
Important question about An American Crime movie
27 December 2020
At the very end where Sylvia's parents have her and take her back to the house... she walks in, didn't her parents go into find what was wrong at least? or was she dreaming that Ricky takes her to parents etc.. i want to understand that part! Such God awful sadness!
A Gifted Man
(2011–2012)
Exciting, excellent, drama!
30 November 2019
Not to much gets my attention and I didn't even know about this show "A Gifted Man". I only found out about it now that I've started to use the Amazon firestick. Not to many people that I know even know about IMDb app. Now that I've watched A gifted man, I want more!!!! Why in the world did they cancel this show? Does anyone know?? I don't think these good shows get advertised enough.
Rescue Me
(2004–2011)
To: Columbus Ohio fireman, Kyarnell-1, So sorry you feel this way.
21 September 2004
I hope you don't mind, but after reading through the message board and reading how Kyarnell-1 felt about the "Rescue me" series, I wanted to write something, in hopes he will see it. I've been watching this series from #1 and I've often wondered how the firemen would feel about this being aired. I've also told other people about this series and found that when they didn't watch it from the first, all the way through (no children, it is for adults), that they just don't get it. I feel this show is very much in depth. As much as there are funny parts, you understand the serious/reasons for what is going on. It can't be taken personal. I do know some firemen that have been watching this series from the beginning and they are just as much into it as I am. I myself have never witnessed a fire and hope I never do. But after watching this show, actually I now have even more respect for the fireman. I never used to think about how they have to deal with life after they try and rescue people that have died, loved ones or not. That's got to be very traumatic. I believe that there's always a reason why people act or do things later on in life that some may feel is totally off the wall. But now I can understand and sympathize. I can understand your anger and wish that you didn't feel this way. But honestly, when the show is watched from the first airing, even the stuff made to be funny is quite serious & emotional. Take care, lynda
Rescue Me
(2004–2011)
I love this series!
21 September 2004
My husband & I are hooked on Rescue me for sure. We've been taping it and I've lost track now for how many times we've watched it. Over and over again, we just love it. The way that this is put together, amazes me. I hope they keep up the good work, and I want to know if this was the first of this series? or if it started last year. Cause I had looked for something that "sounded" like this last year, and never did find it. If anyone should know of a past series, plus this one on CD though, by all means, PLEASE let me know, I would like to buy them. I'm off now to see if I can find the song C'mon C'mon by Von Bondies, from what I've read so far. I never thought that I would see the day where my husband and I would look so forward to watching something on T.V for Wednesday nights! Thanks, Linda
