This was yet another weak video game based anime like Fatal Fury. The plot had more cliches per minute than almost any other anime I have seen. The animation varied from really quite nice to absolutely terrible. Even the action sequences boring. Only watch this movie if you really have nothing else. I give it a 3.

An brilliant little anime with lovely effects and a cool plot.

This is one of my favorite anime movies. It takes the already great Tenchi Muyo! OVA/TV series and gives it the sort of artwork and sound effects it really deserves. The plot is one of the best that I have seen in an anime movie. Altogether a great picture.
