The Glass Menagerie (1987)
Obviously not the play
The directing was horrid. The character of Jim was totally off. Instead of the energetic happy person in the script, they have a dull lackluster interpretation of his character that through the whole play in the trash. I also think Laura's shyness was overplayed way too much. I would not suggest this movie to anyone.
Gunnm (1993)
Better than the cover
This is the one that taught me not to judge an anime by its cover. I expected an hour of mindless violence along with a weak story line. Instead, I found myself in a very deep and well developed world for the short time spent in it. It was all story, and an incredibly imaginative place perfect for the story.
It was definately too short. It could have had a great and long lasting series life if they had chosen one. But it was none the less, an enjoying ride, and not a moment of wasted time.
Shin seiki Evangelion Gekijô-ban: Shito shinsei (1997)
Best movie of all time for the best show of all time
This movie changed my life. It really did. It truly completes the series and takes you even deeper into the characters than ever before. This movie is just... wow. I feel as though my life is complete because of it.
Blade Runner (1982)
Good, but could be better
This movie is a truly amazing feet in story and special effects.
Though this movie is very deep with thought and originality, it could be better. It was made in the early 80s, a time before we realized computers role in civilization. Blade Runner fails to envision computerizations effects on culture. The movie 'Ghost in the Shell' is very similar, but it understands the need for the internet and computers in your pocket. You get to see people with a computer hooked to net implanted into their brains. That is more of what computers will become some day. You will have to buy 'upgrades' for your brain. The ability to play solitare or StarCraft while your at a boring movie with your date. Just sit back and relax.
Even today, we have laptops with cellular phones. You can acess the internet from anywhere today. Some day, you will surf the net with your mind. Computers where unsure machines in the time this movie was made. The actual use of computer was uncertain. We now use it for everything.
Blade Runner was really ahead of its time. But it didn't see computer as much more than a tool. You would also expect for a Blade Runner to have special cybornetic implants to at least give them a fighting chance against the replicants. Without their guns, Blade Runners are good as dead.
Tenchi Muyô! In Love (1996)
second only to the best
This is one of the most well-done movies I have ever seen. This movie brought me to my knees. Few films have ever made me cry, but this... this just does it so well. I can't say enough good things about this movie.
I love the mix of styles. The technology (mostly I like Washu), the romance, the action, and the originality. This movie is candy for mind that doesn't rot your teeth.
One thing for those of you who haven't seen it. You don't have to have seen any of the TV series. You don't have to know anything about the characters to understand what is going on. This movie ranks (to me at least) just bellow Akira, and and just above 'Ghost in the Shell'.

Review of reviews
Well, first of all. I have to say that, This is the BEST show ever. I'm not the mushy romance type. But this does it so well, it conquered my pre-set opinions on it. I hate the NA version. But these Jap eps. are amazing.
The animation is limited, but come on. They have only a week to write the episode so they know what to draw, then they have animate it, and make the preview in time for the current episode's show.
I hate to see it bashed. But I guess that you have to hear it from both sides. But the main opinion in Sailor Moon's page in the IMDB is the only negative comment there is. Who says it 'beats South Park' and in other reviews calls South Park one of his favorites.
I am pursuing all two hundred episodes. And I am currently scripting the episodes and posting screenplays online. But it isn't up yet.
All you need is action, suspense, comedy, and love. Or you just watch Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon.
