Not even a real movie!

This one is so terrible, it's not even a real movie. And of course, this has nothing to do with the other Purge movies.

It's absolute amateurish made. The facial make-up of the main character at the beginning is ridicilous. The lightning at the sets is so overdone, that you could thing this was recorded with a smartphone. Camera work was done by an absolute beginner.

When the film tries to be funny, you just want to switch off. It's so sad.

I think the actors were taken from the street and were asked, if they want to be movie actors and make a few bucks this afternoon.

And I guess these were the 15 guys who gave this film an average rating of 6,5...

I mean seriously, is this some sort of con or just really some bad satire? Let's put aside the obvious negative references to the actual 45th and focus on the film for what it is. The actors and actresses, if they can honestly be called that have little to zero ability which makes this film both sub par in the extreme and insulating to the viewer. The effects were a joke to the point that I started to feel as if they had bought all their equipment second hand from one of those strip mall Halloween places. The cinematography looked like it was all done with an iPhone camera, and not a current gen iPhone either but like an iPhone 7. A few times I was genuinely scared I was having a seizure by how erratic the filming was. It's a shame that fan made YT content can offer more then this sorry excuse for a film.

For no other reason was this made but to highlight certain opinions shared by many for the real 45th. It's messages like this, so blatantly portrayed in this film, that will keep people divided and angry and in the end do more harm then good. Congratulations guys on being part of the problem and for what? A few bucks, trash ratings, a spot on IMDB, and fanning the flames of division through inflammatory lies... Good job!

It's not related to The Purge franchise

I was so disappointed in this film. The description and publicity poster looked great, a 45th president reintroduces the purge in the year 2025. They should be sued for false advertising... NOTHING IN THE POSTER APPEARS IN THE FILM!

Awful sound, very low budget, acting was atrocious - it was like watching a bunch of friends messing about. No character building. Terrible script with no story path. Hell, over two hours long and "the purge" doesn't start until almost an hour in. Virtually nothing happens.

No idea why they put a lot of time into a childish version of The Apprentice and Trump. It was immature, cheaply made, tacky and not funny, plus had nothing to do with the "film".

If you watch it, the first ten minutes gives a good idea of the rest of the film's production and acting. Worst film I have ever watched. It's going to win an award, the Razzie award 2022.

It even includes 80s style titillating shots of women. Bad script. Bad acting. Bad sound engineering. Bad camera work.

Worst movie ever

Worst film I've ever watched, which is bad because I have seen lots of terrible films. The character at the beginnings make up was so bad that it was actually cringe worthy and if that was a real drug baron he was doing business with they wouldn't have never done business. But aside from that the acting is awful to watch it's not natural or authentic at all. It looks like people are being forced to do a part they don't want to do. Also the effects are bad too. The comedy in this movie is terrible and is like painting a wall and expecting it to be funny. I highly recommend the director not to ever make movies again because I think one is enough. Its also false advertisement because its made out to be the newest purge movie, but what you get is something more stale than gone off bread. Like look at saw for instance, the first one was made on a budget by college students and it was great.

Maybe it was recorded with an iPhone? And the effects where part of a high school project? And everyone acting just learned their lines as recently as yesterday? Not sure. But the makeup was definitely done by a 8th grader. The jokes were the worst. The acting seemed very forced. This movie should be used for torture.. I simply don't understand how anything could come out this terrible. Don't waste your time, even if you like watching bad movies for fun this one is unbearable. I hope no one wasted any money on this one.. I literally have nothing more to say just taking up the rest of my required characters.

3 stars just to be generous.

I lasted about 15 minutes on this. I understand you get what you pay for, and i assume that the people involved in this got what they paid for. The budget couldn't have been much. The acting explains why these people aren't A...B...C...or even D list actors. Acting like anything in life is a talent. These actors tried, and did the best they could i guess. But they will never be confused with real actors. And this movie will never be confused with a real movie. Go into this with very low expectations and you will not be disappointed. The "disguise" some guy was wearing at the beginning? Really?? It looked like it was done by a 5 year old.

Purge it

I get the urge to purge a The Purge ripoff from your system, but how can you make a parody that's 2 hours and 15 minutes long?

In the year 2025, the 45th President of the United States of America -- look, this is automatically the most horrifying film of the year just with the rest of this sentence -- gets back in the White House, restarts the Purge, rebuilds the wall and gets ready to Make America Safe Again.

Bill Wilson (Grid Magraf), agent of FIRE (Forest and Immigration Raking Enforcement), is two weeks from returning, getting too old for this excrement and has just finished the bust of his life taking down a Mexican drug cartel. However, some dirty agents want the evidence and plan on using The Purge to get it from his house.

This is an equal opportunity movie, making fun of Biden as a pedophile, Trump as a man reduced to filming The Apprentice and urinating online for hits and liberals maybe even more devoted to murder than the right wing gun owners they argue against. There's something for everyone to be offended by here, mostly that this takes so long and can get away with outright being a Purge movie despite it being made by anyone other than Blumhouse.

A moronic, simpleton plot made to discredit POTUS 45.

The real enemy of freedom and prosperity is 46 (forty sick) Such a thinly vailed, partisan story line as to insult the intelligence of a pithed frog.

The acting is wooden at best, and they were probably paid by all the pizza they could eat. Not one scintilla of intelligent dialog or scenes. After watching parts of this turkey, I needed to Purge. 2hours and 15 minutes of your life that you will never recover.

As I write, I struggle to find ANY positive thing in this movie. The only thing I can come with is that I finally shut it off for fear of losing my dinner.

A try simply because i wanted to, but they dont deliver comedy the way i like it. Its not that they try, some of the thoughts and ideas couldve easily become hot stuff and well worth trying but it drowns in its own verbal dysaspirative dialouges. Also humour , either black or elsewise, need the wink of an eye, they have to look or behave like they are doing some fun to win my heart, which they cant in this ultrahomemade comedy lullaby called 2025 blood, white and blue.

What really suicides this film at first glance is the playtime, 135 minutes!!!!! And if you shall consider watching be aware that its a primitive production, very A4 caracters, its made on a dime and so, and the cast is merely with few exeptions untrained wannabe amateurs. They gave me a few laughs, and that was when the acts were speeded up with a fun music lingering in the background. That is a forgotten method of filmaking these days, what would benny hill show, or the norwegian trio called KLM been without double speed acting , slap stick and pantomime. They were real funny back in the 60's and 70's and won millions of hearts out there for their pranks...

so that is my tip to the next project make a double or triple sped up movie, cause this cast may be extremely talented for that kinda special genre, then the grumpy old man will watch and laugh again.

'Hold on to your tampons' . Interesting line.

Okay long story short this one was pretty bad. It rips off 'The Purge' franchise and is not really a part of that. I don't even really want to delve into specifics here.

2/10.

And IMDB has now made it so a review has to have 600 characters before it can be entered. I really don't expect that to last very long because people are sure to complain about it. But until that happens I guess we have to expect reviews to be long winded and sometimes about absolutely nothing to do with the show in question.

do people not know what satire is?

This is a silly movie that is supposed to be satire. I feel like most people who rated this and reviewed it missed the point that it is satire and not a straight up horror movie. It flew completely past them. I gave this a 10 out of 10 not because it's flawless but to offset the ridiculously low ratings given by everyone who is angry that this isn't a typical purge movie. This movie is low budget and it's filled with jokes. Many of the jokes and gags are funny and deserve higher than 1 or 2 stars out of 10. It's not a horror movie and nothing about it is supposed to be scary. Did the makers of this film need to write THIS IS SATIRE in all caps on the movie poster? They probably did. I understand if you want to watch a purge movie and get annoyed that this is not a purge movie. But that should not be a reason to rush to the internet to give this movie 1 star. This movie is a comedy and should be reviewed as such.

What The Golden Rule Of Promote A Film

Never use better films to promote your movie the whole

point of making a horror comedy is to be funny.

This not first film to be a mock buster look at Asylum films,

the whole point of a parody or mocking a block buster film is not make it serious,they could made a fictitious

president like countless other films why a former

President Trump I will give everyone a hint the film maker

doesn't like Trump,The Dead Don't Die suffers the same

fate many of us like our films to be entertaining and not

political the whole point of watching a movie is to escape

politics if I want serious subject.

Food for thought on reviews

The Great Wall of China has more than 9,000 Google reviews, with an average of 4.2 stars. Not bad for one of the most astonishing achievements in human history. But you can't please everyone. "Not very tall. Or big. Just sayin. "I don't see the hype in this place it's really run down and old ... why wouldn't you update something like this? No USB plug ins or outlets anywhere." Someone else announced that he's "Not a wall guy. Laaaaaaaaammme."

The credibility of all reviews - even real ones - is questionable. Reviews are subjective, and the tiny subset of people who leave them aren't average. Very few people write reviews. It's about 1.5 percent, or 15 people out of 1,000. Should we be relying on these people if we're part of the other 985?

People's motivations also taint their neutrality. Put simply, we should distrust online reviews because emotions are involved.

In this case, reviewers can't even decide whether this movie is for or against President 45. Or that it's not an Official Purge movie. "The Purge" doesn't exist in the title and makes no claims at being a Purge franchise film. Ever heard of Meet The Blacks? Also a parody with 100x More Purge mentions.

And it seems that the same people that tear apart a collective group of hard working human beings dedication to creating something using their time, energy and resources resort to petty remarks as if calling someones baby hideously ugly.

People must be truly miserable or otherwise motivated to take the time out of their day to waste it on spewing insults at other people.

It's easy, turn it off, move on Karen.

Otherwise this film has plenty to offer all walks of life. It was done by multicultural and multi-political groups of people poking fun at the current times we live in. Its free to watch on Tubi and you can hit stop if it bothers you that much and watch something else. Many people have enjoyed this film greatly and didn't come back to file a complaint with the manager that their steak was undercooked, the fork had water spots, the waiter took too long to take their order and that their life was ruined as a result.

I hope these peoples lives get better. Feel free to make up your own minds and decide for yourself. That's the beauty of America.

Great purge film

The action and the sound was great.

The poster is cool

It dose feel like a purge movie

The soundtrack is great.

Good thing it got a Blu-ray release before.

Great pacing

Even thought the purge dose not happen till the 50 minute mark the film is still great. While that the Humour so great. And the characters are likeable and it is better cheap film than Blair with project and the film is like $500 but Blair witch has $400

The tribute scene. With game of thrones is great tribute. The costumes are great. The story is great. Even the plot is great. And the cinematography. Is very satisfying.
