Great blaxploitation throwback
masonsaul23 July 2023
They Cloned Tyrone is great, a blaxploitation throwback with a sci-fi twist that's a fun crowd pleaser but that doesn't stop it from pulling its punches. It's rightfully angry and finds inventive new ways to explore similar ideas to the ones present in Get Out and Sorry to Bother You.

John Boyega gets a role of surprising emotional heft, fully committed to the part(s) in a way that makes the more ridiculous reveals work without a second thought. Jamie Foxx is comedy gold here and Teyonah Parris brings both humour and humanity. Parris and Foxx have a extremely entertaining chaotic rapport that's a nice foil to Boyega's more serious presence.

Juel Taylor arrives with a fully formed directorial debut, a film with of past and present with authentic film grain and cigarette burns contrasted by vibrant neon. The music by Desmond Murray and Pierre Charles is also good at combining old and new with a score that feels ripped from the 70s with an added sci-fi edge.

Unique, Fun & Different
JamesPoller23 July 2023
Off the bat I was interested in this movie from the title alone. This movie was reminiscent of Undercover Brother, Black Dynamite, and especially Sorry To Bother You.

You can gather what the movie is about just from the title, but the story leading to everything is a fun ride. John, Jamie and Teyonah individually did a great job playing their characters. All providing something different to their unique, mystery solving trio team.

The elements of this movie were great too. Combining the eeriness with fantasy and bits of comedy. At times it almost had an 80's sci-fi feel to it too, where I would question what year it was even though it was modern day.

Overall, this movie was fun. I enjoyed it from start to finish. Again, if you're a fan of Undercover Brother, Black Dynamite or Sorry To Bother You, then you should check this movie out.

Good on Netflix to have picked this one! [+68%]
arungeorge1321 July 2023
This Blaxploitation sci-fi comedy is clearly among the more fun, inventive films that Netflix has decided to pick up. The grainy visual texture, the funky costumes and hairdos, the energetic soundtrack, and much of the film's aesthetics are carefully designed to remind us of some of the finest entries in the Blaxploitation subgenre. The setting could be somewhere in or around 2008, as we still see picture-tube TVs, CDs being sold, mentions of Obama, and Blockchain being the future (LOL!). The absence of smartphones is also a notable aspect. Yet, even with the aesthetics already standing out and a pretty exciting (and potentially scary) sci-fi plot on the cards, it's the lead trio's performances and fun camaraderie that holds it together.

The revelations keep coming, but it's the banter between Boyega's Fontaine, Teyonah Parris' Yo-Yo, and Jamie Foxx's Slick Charles that keeps you entertained and invested in their fates. After the first hour, there were moments in the screenplay where it could've all looked and sounded artificial. However, director Juel Taylor keeps the conspiracy theories coming, complemented by wonderful production design work and sustained focus on the protagonist's journey. The finale (++the eventual antagonist reveal) is somewhat tepid when compared to the rest of the film, and it may also seem 10-15 minutes too long for the story it has to say, though I'll definitely recommend They Cloned Tyrone if you're an enjoyer of absurdist humour.

Blaxploitation, Jordan Pealesque Sci Fi silliness. Love.
mr_sharma25 July 2023
I just read a review about people who give this film anything but a 1 either being family members etc etc. Quite the tirade.

With a third of their review concentrating on a child slurping a drink. That's their review.

This one is mine.

Look. This is quite a different output than your usual.

It is very much influenced by blaxploitation (and at the end that is the point) films and the modern revisionism of someone like Jordan Peale.

A completely off the wall plot that mixes multiple genres into one.

John Boyega is such a good actor. He really, really is.

With multiple roles, he manages them well.

Jamie Foxx adds silliness and humour to proceedings.

This isn't an Oscar winner. Nor is it garbage. It is just different.

I was engaged throughout the film.

To give you in a nutshell what to expect think Groundhog Day meets Invasion of the body snatchers, meets Nancy Drew meets Shaft meets Get Out meets Boyz n The Hood.

It's just a crazy mix which on the whole, IMHO, works.

And as to the title....it'll all make sense by the end.

And it lends itself to a sequel (which likely it will get).

Stylish, but Dull
kjproulx29 July 2023
Unless you are hearing that it could be up for Oscars, it's always hard to tell if a Netflix original film will be any good. Their track record isn't all that impressive, to say the least, but I was still very much looking forward to They Cloned Tyrone. Now streaming, this film ended up being a mixed bag for me, with enough positives to at least say it wasn't bad. When filmmakers embrace a certain tone and run with it, I'm always going to commend that, but here's why it didn't quite work for me overall.

Fontaine (John Boyega), Slick Charles (Jamie Foxx), and Yo-Yo (Teyonah Parris) all find themselves uncovering a mystery together after Fontaine realizes that he has been cloned. This leads them to figure out that there is an underground government conspiracy that must be stopped. Multiple cloned have been made of certain humans and the reasoning behind it is honestly something I wouldn't be surprised about in reality. The social commentary and fun dialogue kept me interested, but the look and pacing of the film nearly put me to sleep.

The costumes, music, dialogue, and performances were all well-done, which is frustraing because I believe this film would've been perfect at about 90-minutes. I'm not someone who gets easily bored just because a film is long, but at two hours it truly felt nearly three. There are terrific and fun moments throughout, but in between, the conversations become boring and even some of the revleations are revealed multiple times and felt repetitive. I admired the attempt here, but it didn't go anywhere interesting enough for me.

They Cloned Tyrone is the type of film that I enjoyed watching, but can't recommend, because I feel that many viewers will find it dull and slow. Juel Taylor worked well with these performers, but I ultimately believe the calm, cool, and collected attitude to his direction ended up creating a slower film than he was intending. There's nothing special about this film in my opinion, which is very disappointing, because I loved the premise and I love the cast in everything they do. It has its moments and some viewers seem to really like it, but it didn't quite do it for me.

Netflix delivers a future cult classic
eddie_baggins30 July 2023
No one could accuse Netflix's latest high profile original offering They Cloned Tyrone of being a film short of ideas with up and coming director Juel Taylor jamming his genre mash-up with a plethora of elements worth exploring as John Boyega's drug dealer Fontaine, Jamie Foxx's sharp talking local pimp Slick Charles and Teyonah Parri's call girl Yo-Yo team up to uncover some Scooby Doo like mysteries that are affecting their fictional neighbourhood known as the Glen.

Set in a 70's feeling futuristic setting done by the way of a classic exploitation flick from yesteryear, Tyrone has swagger to spare and Taylor's energetic and colourful direction is the type of creative vibrancy that is too often lacking in Netflix's other original offerings that leave much too be desired but despite fun being had from such an out there narrative that flirts the line between drama, thriller, sci-fi, social commentary piece and oddball comedy, Tyrone lacks a certain ingredient that could've made it an instant classic.

Sprung to life by three noteworthy lead performances, with Boyega once more proving he is a lot more than a force sensitive storm trooper, Tyrone seemingly has all the usual elements one would associate with a feature film of note but there's a curious inability for Taylor to connect us in a meaningful way to our central trio and while it feels counter-intuitive to accuse a feature of having too many original ideas, Tyrone's many various components and narrative turns don't always hit the way in which you would hope for, even if it's a constantly sleek and impressively constructed film in so many ways.

One of those modern features that one suspects may have benefited from being fleshed out in a mini-series rather than a two hour feature film, Tyrone is constantly on the move and never far away from taking us down a surprisingly unexpected route and with that it will alienate a large chunk of viewers who will feel as though they are being flung from plot development to plot development with little time or pause between breaths to ponder what has come before or what is now ahead.

Problematic and under-explored narrative developments aside, Tyrone still provides a fresh and often very fun viewing experience, one that will have even the most seasoned of film fans unsure of what's coming their way next and its ability to bring its wild vision to life in such a vibrant way should be commended, making this one of those rare Netflix originals that justifies ones time spent with it.

Final Say -

A future cult classic in waiting, They Cloned Tyrone might not always work but thanks to impressive craft work and trio of energetic performances, Netflix's latest original release remains a lot of fun.

Weird, but fun enough
eddmurua23 September 2023
First of all, I have to admit, without the pretty great and charismatic performances from Foxx, Boyega and surprisingly Teyonah Parris (only annoying to me in Wandavision), I wouldn't consider this movie good, probably. But they were cast, they acted the heck out of this, and they made me enjoy the movie. It counts.

Besides them, we have a weird creation that starts as a gangsters film, but too nerdy with too many pop culture references coming from characters that wouldn't, usually, ever even know them. But again, maybe because of the actores, it was funny and it worked.

It's with the second half that the problems get a bit more obvious, with the movie turning into weird sci-fi, but with without room for explanations or avoiding plot-holes, concentrating more in entertainment and delivering the message, and I think, overall, it ends up working well enough. Really weird, but enjoyable.

Definitely worth watching
maulcun23 July 2023
They Cloned Tyrone is one of the best movies I've seen in awhile. They filled up those two hours with so much fun, comedy, drama, suspense and action! This movie Felt like a great mashup of Black Dynamite and Us.

I thought the cinematography was on point, it wasnt the typical normal settings on a camera. It looks like they put some thought to it being that it was like a sci fi horror flick, I think that the grainy hazy dark filters capture that mood.

The social commentary was hilarious and tragic at the same time, but never felt ham-fisted or overbearing. Exposed some real life issues.

I think this film was executed well and the plot never felt force. Definitely worth watching.

Dark comedy
irearly18 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
In so many ways. Extremely naturalistic lighting. AND I forgot my glasses. This was far grittier than I was expecting and funnier too except for one thing: the sound was muddled and I couldn't understand one tenth of the dialogue. It didn't matter as far as following the story but most of the comedy is in the characters in this kind of movie and if you can't hear exactly what Jamie Foxx is rattling off in one of his riffs you are missing m o s t of the movie. Totally authentic until it gets very farfetched. The climax is suitably cathartic and I really was wondering about the title when everything is made clear in the final shot.

They Cloned Tyrone
henry8-324 July 2023
John Boyega is Fontaine, a drug dealer doing his rounds. He visits Slick Charles (Jamie Foxx) to collect and is soon afterwards shot to death. Slick and one of his sex workers, Yo-Yo (Teyonia Paris) are therefore surprised the next day to see Fontaine alive and well. The unlikely threesome investigate this and other strange occurrences in the neighbourhood, leading to vast government conspiracy.

Glorious mixture of fun sci-fi and hilarious blaxploitation banter - Foxx and Paris are a terrific fun double act and Kiefer Sutherland strong as ever as the assured baddie, whilst Boyega proves yet again what a fine lead actor he is. Funny and quite charming in its way with a clever last 20 minutes. Well worth catching.

Had Potential!
ScorpioDog8 January 2024
This is a Netflix Original film which has a lot of great ideas and a lot of potential, but it had some flaws that stopped it being above good for me.

Themes and ideological commentary is where this film shines! It had so many unique elements that critiqued how predominantly Black areas are treated by the American government. It does take a little while to fully show off these elements within the narrative though. Furthermore, John Boyega does a great job having to portray multiple different characters.

One of major issues was the film's lighting. At points, I was struggling to distinguish what was going on. The sombre lighting style the film was going for could have been achieved whilst also allowing for an audience to see what is going on. However, the sections in the underground location had some really effective visuals and lighting.

I would recommend checking this out, but I suggest looking for a way to combat the film's lighting problem!

Brilliant and Thought-Provoking
keikoyoshikawa22 July 2023
Whoever thought to pair John Boyega with Jamie Foxx is brilliant. Pure genius. Teyonah Paris in the third spot of the badass trio drug dealer, pimp, prostitute just brings it all together flawlessly.

Part sci-fi, part mystery, part action, and part comedy, "They Cloned Tyrone" is a perfect combination of mixed genres, intriguing plot, smart dialogues, and best of all believable chemistry among its actors.

The movie takes us down a rabbit hole of hilarious conspiracy and fantasy that not only African-Americans would appreciate. But to truly enjoy the shenanigans you have to have some understanding of Black American history.

And that's really the only downside of the movie - it's not made for an international audience that is unlikely to know the racial history of the U. S., the medical experiments done on minorities, the policies that kept people poor, etc.

That knowledge by the audience is an essential ingredient to get the most out of the movie.

Nevertheless, I think the general viewer can still enjoy "They Cloned Tyrone."

Well-Written Urban Sci-fi Thriller
RebelPanda27 July 2023
They Cloned Tyrone is a gripping urban drama that turns unexpectedly into the surreal, filled with wild twists and turns.

The story follows Fontaine, a brooding drug dealer living in The Glen, who becomes embroiled in a mysterious and surreal situation. What starts as a gritty urban drama takes an unexpected turn when Fontaine is shot and killed. However, she wakes up the next day as if nothing happened. Seemingly resurrected, those around him, including the pimp Slick Charles and Yo-Yo, are baffled. In an effort to figure out what's going on, they reluctantly join him on an investigation. As they delve deeper into the mystery, the film balances comedy and drama, with the trio navigating through tense and humorous moments. The trio embark on an investigation that uncovers unimaginable and horrifying forces beneath their community. Their eventual transformation into unlikely heroes is driven by the desire to disrupt the oppression and the conspiracy!

However, as Fontaine gets closer to unraveling the nefarious activities in The Glen, the plot struggles to maintain tension and coherence. The unevenness is partly due to excessive comedic relief and exposition. The myriad of plot twists, mostly unpredictable, will ensure you never lose attention. Its Grindhouse-style film grain contributes to the immersive experience, along with a constant foggy atmosphere. The film draws comparisons to "Get Out," "Sorry to Bother You," in both cinematography and story elements, but it is impressive on its own. It forges its own path by weaving references to various movies, like "Hollow Man" and "Foxy Brown," into its well-written comical dialogue.

They Cloned Tyrone's authentic audio/visuals craft an alternative present-day universe, embracing and celebrating its Black identity from the start. The setting is adorned with flashy 1970s cars, tube TVs, and 'Hotbox Fried Chicken' chains, contributing to the distinct vibe. The fashion is captivating as well, particularly with Slick Charles' Oscar-worthy collection of jackets. The funky and bass-heavy soundtrack by Pierre Charles & Desmond Murray perfectly complements the carefully selected soundtrack featuring popular tracks from artists like Erykah Badu, Bootsy Collins, and Diana Ross.

The film's greatest asset is its three charming performers. Jamie Foxx's character, Slick Charles, is a riot with his rapid-fire one-liners and occasional vulnerable moments. His dynamic with Teyonah Parris, who portrays the intelligent and strong-willed Yo-Yo, is delightful and unpredictable. John Boyega's portrayal of Fontaine, initially a man of few words but a lot of attitude, is physically intimidating. He conveys emotions without speaking. His accent work, particularly in the film's conclusion, is so convincing that one could mistake him for an American. Throughout the film, the script is consistently inventive and funny, which is especially helpful during the film's banter-heavy first hour.

There are fascinating underlying themes about community and predetermined roles told through black mirror-esque sci-fi. Hints at hidden forces undermining the Black community through various means like food, religion, and beauty products. However, they could have been further explored without explanation monologues. In that respect, it feels like a Netflix original film. However, other themes are portrayed with more nuance. A Black character who says the phrase "assimilation is better to annihilation," reveals how the film delves into various topical themes like passing, self-hatred, and skepticism towards institutional figures like the police, doctors, and scientists.

They Cloned Tyrone is a gripping urban drama that skillfully weaves into the surreal, offering wild twists and turns that keep audiences captivated. The film's long climax, partly involving an exposition dump scene with a menacing villain played by Kiefer Sutherland, felt rushed and traditional compared to the more engaging first hour. While some elements struggle to maintain tension and coherence, the film's Grindhouse-style visuals and well-curated soundtrack add to its immersive experience. The outstanding performances of Jamie Foxx, Teyonah Parris, and John Boyega infuse the story with charm and depth. Despite a few shortcomings, the film stands on its own, offering an original and promising debut from director Juel Taylor.

Interesting premise, mixed execution
dsampat-861735 December 2023
They cloned tyrone feels like a lesser clone of a Jordan Peele film. This film starts with an interesting premise and charachters. But the story itself is not enough to meet either in terms of quality. Taking any potential and fixing it squarely in mediocrity. Before long the mystery peters out and seeing are gang incompetently stumble onto the next piece of evidence gets dry. Eventually when there is the final revelation it leads to more questions and gaping plot holes than anything else. For the movie to tie together it needed to flesh out the community and the relationships but it could not do so. Add to that no memorable sequences you have got a pretty cut and dry film for the most part. Unfortunately this film itself feels much like a clone trying to deny its place much like our characters.

A unique sci-fy. Really recommend it.
alexanderliljefors21 July 2023
This film gives me Jordan Peele meets Stephen King- who meets Stranger Things-vibe.

Filming and the vintage filter it uses is great!

A very social critical and thought provoking film about our modern controlling society and our societys development and its future. Its a classic story about clones with a new and modern input.

Great sory and storytelling. A pretty nice ending aswell!

A very sad, a bit deep and very interesting film.

The manuscript however fails sometimes and is abit exaggerated at some scenes, but otherwise okey.

A unique sci-fy. Really recommend it. Totally worth watching.

Silly but stylish comic-thriller with dark undertones & shades of Jordan Peele
danieljfarthing8 August 2023
Lovers of Jordan Peele's off-centre take on Black cinema should like co-writer (with Tony Rettenmaeir) / director Juel Taylor's comic-thriller "They Cloned Tyrone". Hard-ass drug dealer John Boyega, flamboyant pimp Jamie Foxx & sassy ho Teyonah Parris (terrific) discover a sinister plot (led by Kiefer Sutherland... or is it?) to experiment on & control all the folk in their run-down 'hood... and they fight back against it. Initially darkly stylish it soon becomes too silly, before deeper undertones emerge. Taylor's ambition can't be faulted, but he may have bitten off a little more than the average audience can chew on here. He is however, clearly one to watch out for.

A Deep Message & Refreshingly Funny
patrickmcilwee23 July 2023
I was really impressed with not only how enjoyable the movie was, but with the deeper message of advertising and subliminal messages meant to keep the population subdued. Think 1988s 'They Live' crossed with Quiton Tarintinos 'Jackie Brown'.

What made this movie stand out most for me was this was a black cast, with a black director, telling a story from the perspective of black people. I find it wrong that Holywood simply changes a white character to a black character and calls it 'diversity'. Every race of people deserves high quality story telling that represents their perspective and their people.

This movie is a slow burn at times but I thought it was great and kept me guessing, laughing and interested all the way through.

Mysterious and well shot.
deloudelouvain30 July 2023
They Cloned Tyrone is an entertaining mystery/sci-fi with a touch of comedy. Tony Rettenmaier and Juel Taylor, the writers, have for sure a vivid imagination, although I found the dialogues sometimes a bit too complicated, certainly for a guy like me that doesn't have English as his mother tongue. The story itself is mysterious, which keeps the audience interested. The acting was good from the main characters. There was a good chemistry between the trio. Jamie Foxx, John Boyega and Teyonah Parris have 90% of the screen time and in this case that was good as their characters were enjoyable to follow. Good directimg from Juel Taylor, a movie that will please a big audience.

It's Science Fiction Fun
megreinhardtha16 July 2023
I live in Montgomery Alabama and usually we don't get nothing here. But our local theatre had They Cloned Tyrone for the weekend, and I'm glad I got to see it in a theatre with an audience.

I'm excited for this new director, Juel Taylor, and want to see more. We are entering a time where anyone can do what Tarantino did. Thanks to streaming there are so many films that if you want to see them, they're there. The film has got so many references. The script is funny. Filled with references for all. Be it comparing someone to the bad guy on Spongebob, to the carpet from the Overlook Hotel. There were several Kubrick references all throughout the film. I'm sure there were some I missed as well.

Additionally, I'm pretty sure the clones in how they were held was a reference to "V". Really the set design, was solid. You could tell the budget was well spent. Lighting and cinematography helped to pull it together.

I like John Boyega. He's a good lead. Having seen him in this, as well as Attack the Block this past weekend, we see this tough guy. But I think one of the reasons he's in demand is because he is also vulnerable. The scenes where he's partnered with a child playing with juice boxes, it's nice to see a tough guy that way.

Jamie Foxx. I wish that guy the best. He's flashy and comedic. He steps aside for Boyega to be the lead because he's smart, and knows that his role has the best lines.

The stand-out, who we're going to want to see more from is Teyonah Parris. She does not play a victim despite being called a "Ho" multiple times in the movie. She's both smart and adorable at the same time. When they're hiding out in her childhood room, again the set design and script give space to the character and she runs with it.

The film is fun. The film is science fiction.

IF you are a Kubrick fan you'll enjoy it on that level. If you like movies where people get to be goofy, you'll enjoy it on that level..

There are some parts with the drama, and conspiracy where it was hard to switch hats. Because there is some plot that is dropped in there to tie it all together. So if there is something missing it is some of that evenness of story development.

HOWEVER I get it. The visuals are strong, and if I was a director wanting to bring a comedy in on time that's what I'd probably slip on as well, as it is a fun film over-all.

The film reminded me of The Killing and I'm looking forward to more from Taylor.

I'm glad the new technology is there and we got new directors who reflect that. Give them space.

A unique film with dynamic characters and strong performances
kevin_robbins27 July 2023
They Cloned Tyrone (2023) is a movie that my wife and I watched on Netflix last night. The storyline follows a young man who works the streets and has a pimp that owes him money. When he goes to collect the money he is shot in the parking lot. He wakes up the next day like nothing happened. Tyrone, the pimp and the pimp's #1 lady set out to discover what's going on and how Tyrone is still alive...

This movie is directed by Juel Taylor (Actor's Anonymous) and stars Jamie Foxx (Ray), John Boyega (Star Wars VII-IX), Teyonah Parris (Dear White People), Kiefer Sutherland (Lost Boys), David Alan Grier (In Living Color) and Charity Jordan (Selma).

This is a very clever and well put together film. The storyline is unique and the characters are well written and entertaining. Jamie Fox is hilarious from beginning to end and he kills this performance. This is also one of my favorite characters John Boyega has played to date. The science fiction elements are clever and creates an additional level of unpredictable twists and turns. The ending felt a bit unrealistic, and reminded me of West World in some ways, but was still entertaining and worth the two hour runtime.

Overall, this is a very unique film with dynamic characters and strong performances. I would score this a 6.5-7/10 and recommend seeing it once.

My Brain Melted
ikfajmcf12 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
In the first 20 minutes of this movie i thought, "this is my kind of thing". Then as the minutes ticked away, my wife fell asleep and at many points, i didn't know whether i wanted to turn it off, or keep watching. I just kept hoping it was going to get better, but unfortunately it didn't. There were so many things that needed explaining. The main question was just why? I needed to know why there? Why them? Character stories were left wide open, the conclusions to others were just done.. full stop! The ending was just ridiculous.

I had so much hope for this movie, but the end just left me with a wtf? Moment and a melted brain.

Thoroughly enjoyed this!
mrdozier-6122823 July 2023
I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well the movie was put together. It was definitely funny and had a mind-bending element to it. Great acting and an overall fun experience. If you enjoyed watching "Black Dynamite" and/or "Snowfall" then I definitely think this movie would be worth your while. I thought the cameos from Sutherland and Grier (brief but hilarious) we're excellent, as well. I enjoyed the music as well. The movie definitely didn't feel over 2hrs long. I also found it very easy to follow and it kept me engaged in the story throughout the movie.

They didn't need the plot holes...
Moviedude9022 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
...ok it's a comedy/sci-fi/blacksploitation film. It was meant to be set I think in the mid 90's based on the monitors underground, and the fact people had flip phones.

Now for the small lazy plot holes... 1) The way they infiltrate the underground base is by him faking dead. You think this hi tech operation that deals with predominately violent gun wounds would confirm he was dead with, I don't know, maybe an ekg. Or maybe a couple of fingers to the neck and check for a pulse, before initiating and programming another clone which I'm sure is extremely expensive?

2) They put on the perm cream on yo-yo on a wig, they wouldn't be able to tell as they are applying that her hair is moving all over the place and is fake?

3) The security behind this super underground clone technology is easier to access than a McDonald's after hours. There's not even a fob or access code needed to open all these 'loci' or activate the elevators to seemingly one level?

It just seemed like good initial writing and lazy fill-in writing for how much effort and I'm sure money getting a name like Foxx to costar.

Plot holes aside, the three main actors were phenomenal tbh. Believable in each of their roles, and entertaining to watch.

Waste of valuable life time
uffe-holmstrom25 July 2023
Sometimes I keep watching crap because I hope it will turn around and deliver something smart or cool in the end. Most of the times I get disappointed because the movie that start bad, ends bad. This is the case with this too. Good actors, but very thin and sometimes a bit weird story in this spectacle of a movie. The main event in this film is that Sutherland show up from time to time as some kind of a bad guy.

The whole story is mixed with easy to predict quirks mixed with actually unexpected actions. Even though the movie surprise a bit sometimes with the story, it's bad.

Waste your life on something better than this, don't do what I did and watch it.

Not bad, not perfect
umitkilic2127 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
A nice movie. It can be watched to pass the time. But at one point I got confused; is anyone able to direct the clones using the secret word in this case? Because that's what happened towards the end of the movie. If so, that's ridiculous. Tyrone could have done this in the first place and had no action at all. There should at least be a voice control. Except this, it is okey. Maybe some more scientific explanation would increase the rate of the movie. The prostitutes in the movie were very funny and entertaining. Watching it in one go might be better in terms of getting into the event. Thanks.
