Mixed Bag

This episode had two halve. First of all we have Louis pretending to be Harvey and basking in the glow of special treatment. Every part of this ruse is absolutely ridiculous. If someone who had never seen this show were to watch it, they would throw away the disc. The scene where Louis is being fed at the meeting as he impersonates Harvey, is a surreal joke. The road trip and the flashbacks are quite well done. The business with the Mustang in the past and in the present are quite intriguing. Eventually, Louis has to face the fact that he will never be Harvey. It would seem that Samantha has some peace.

Spector Ex Camera

It is nice to watch an episode that is about more than interoffice angst or courtroom drama. These are characters we have grown to love. And their life situations are part of what makes them both mythological and human.

The luncheon scene in which Louis plays Harvey was so over the top, I was convinced it was a dream sequence. Which makes it a little indulgent. But it was quintessential Litt. And it was Louis giving tribute to Harvey via the sincerest form of flattery.

Meanwhile, Harvey and Samantha bond, resolve their conflict, and allow their relationship to deepen, further cementing the family that is Spector, Litt et al. And how about that actress who played young Samantha (Holly J. Barrett)? Watch for her.

Donna's gift for the man who has everything involves Alex and Katrina, and brings emotional closure to some of Harvey's demons.

The characters get closer and it makes me sadder that this series is closer to its end. They are not losing their edges; they are still badasses. But love is what has made this show work from the first moment Harvey met Mike.

This episode has a nice balance of humor and pathos and conflict. And it is very economically written.

A close to perfect balance of humor and emotion.

This wasn't the best episode by any means but was a good one. It shows character growth and a few background stories that weren't shown earlier in the show. Yes, some might say it was cringe but I don't see it as a problem when the whole episode was kind of a new concept where they are showing both sides of the emotion.

Maybe not the best but a good one

While Harvey is the lead in this show, Louis Litt is the reason I laugh. Louis Litt needs a spinoff. If Jessica Pearson get her own drama show, Louis needs a dramady. That guy has kept me laughing through all 9 seasons.

"I didnt think i could..until i did."

This just hits diffrent.. what Harvey tries to tell here is that sometimes u just got to try things, sometimes those things might be a bit harsh and sometimes they can be extremly rough and even if u dont know if u are able go through it, u just have to keep on going. I was in an accident not long ago and i know an accident is not the best example here but i started working out 3 years ago, but working out for me is my passion and my most loved thing of all, this accident put me in a state where i could barely workout at all. I was in a place where i just didnt know if i could have kept on going not only phisically but mentally and even the days where i could barely walk for more then 30 minutes.. i eventually did, and this is what our dear Harvey tries to say here. Sometimes u just got to suck up your pride and let go of the anger and the pain u endure in orser for you to go through lifes hardest challenges.

What was that...?

Warning: Spoilers
This is the first time I have ever watched an episode of this show and was actually eager for it end.

1. Didn't need an episode dedicated to explaining a new character's backstory four episodes before the series finale. Anyone else not care why she's the way she is? 2. I was legitimately waiting for Louis' lunch with Tucker to be revealed as a dream sequence. Surprised an actor like Kurtwood Smith would take on a guest role like that. 3. Seemed like Katrina's and Alex's presence were pure filler to get credit for this episode. For nine seasons Donna has been a walking source of info and connections; yet suddenly can't find a forged art piece? 4. Harold's return was a nice surprise, but didn't gel. He hated working under Louis, yet now it's home?

Three eps remain. Please let this one be a one-time fluke and finish strong.

The best of this season
Whtpm5 September 2019
Funny and dramatic and the first episode of any Tv Show to make me actually like flashbacks of a character I rarely do reviews and when i do is either really good or really bad. I don t get the negative reviews,i mean i get it somehow cause the episode doesn t have the lawyer related stuff that suits got us used to. The first episode that i really enjoyed in a while from Suits and definetely the best of this season so far.

NOT FOR EVERYONE!!!

I understand that this feels like you're watching some sort of sit-com and not Suits because definitely this is not like any other episode of the series, but let's be honest about it, this whole season wasn't like any other season either, so you have to appreciate this episode, because even if this doesn't show a great plot, or a great problem to be solved, this is pretty good and funny. In my opinion this might be one of the best episodes of the whole series.

with only 4 left, this stunk

This was a horrible episode. I get the feeling that they tried to have Louis carry the ep and he did to a small degree, but this just didn't have the Suits zing. I think it was because of the back story on Sam. With only 3 ep's left, developing her character shouldn't be a priority.

Such a bad ending season of a great show!
vesne_m10 September 2019
I have watched every single episode and loved it until the last season. From a sharp legal firm where lawyers are focused and winners, the writers created a season of feelings and made the main character behave like a girl. And they are not working anything legal, only dealing with their feelings. Ugh! So disappointing.

Mainly Crap.
copcar-327749 September 2019
This show is getting worse as it goes along. If it is supposed to be a comedy it is not funny at all. Louis Litt should not be in a legal office. His character should be in asylum.

Urgh (but for one detail)
peter-pelzer14 July 2021
This show has basically turned into a sit-com, but without the hassle puts relying on actual comedy writers - "awkward' captures the feeling well.

A perfectly cast Holly J Bennett is the single bright light.
