To start off this is a very watchable episode, at least the first time. But on a subsequent viewing it's a very average episode, as once you have the character arc and situation arc backstory information, its not very interesting. There is nothing wrong with the episode arc and character development arc and there is a lot of potential, but the execution is poor and a lot of the potential of this episode is wasted as a result.
