- Characters are naked when they change back into their human forms. Specific parts are not shown, as smoke always accompanies a transformation, and the most we really see are the characters' bare upper halves.
- One episode contains a lot of very strong innuendo, with two men (who are best friends) pretending to flirt with each other and making sexual remarks about their supposed relationship.
- Two childhood male friends joke about their relationship, yet nothing explicit is said.
- One episode had a lot of mentions of revenge sex.
- In one scene, two characters are shown in a bed making out.
- One of the characters is a pervert.

- 2 characters are implied to have slept together by having one of them with an unbuttoned shirt and the other sleeping in the background. It was confirmed in the beginning of the next episode by showing them sleeping together.
- 2 characters have an argument which ends with them sleeping together. Although, the only thing that's shown is a character taking off the other's tie.
- A character is once shown completely naked while revealing someone slept with her. Her nipples are covered by her hair.
- One episode had a brief sexual scene which shows a girl being topped by a guy. Although private parts are censored it is still uncomfortable. The scene also shows them completely naked but it is zoomed out so nothing could be seen. There are several other scenes in seasons 2 and 3 showing the couple sitting/lying in bed naked after intercourse, though, again, nothing critical is seen.
- A character mentions that nobody can have an erection in another character's room, no imagery is shown, only a slight mention of it, treated as a joke

- Multiple scenes where a character abuses other characters physically, an example is where they smash a vase on a character's head.
- In one episode, the family head punches a character and scratches another character's cheek, leaving blood.
- There is a scene where a character wants to leave her gang, but gets beaten up.
- In the first episode, the main character remembers her mother's death. You can hear a car crash sound and see blood.
- There is a scene where a character smashes a window out of anger.
- A character gets mad, pushes their mom through multiple walls, they fly through the air then fall on the ground and then they start choking her.
- The gore in this anime can get intense but, not intense as demon slayer, and attack on titan.
Profanity

- The English dub contains at least five uses of "shit" and three uses of "bitch" as an insult. There are also relatively frequent uses of "damn" and "hell", mostly coming from Kyo, plus other language like "screw you", "pissed", and "sucks". There's also one use of "blows", as in, "this blows."
- A character once mentions that they despise women.

- Various scenes are shown during the series where the family head abuses the zodiac members and some of them could be frightening.
- In one scene, a character stabs herself with scissors, no graphic imagery is shown as the scene ends when they reach her.
- In the second season, one of the characters goes crazy after being blamed by the family head and it can be a bit frightening.
- There is a frightening scene where a couple ask the permission of the family head to be married. He gets mad, and pushes a character to a mirror which causes his left eye to be injured, while blaming the other character.
- One character was shown physically and mentally abused by the family head in his past.
- There is a scene where some girls are trying to burn another girl's arm with matches but then a teacher finds out. It can be hard to watch.
- A certain memory that a character occasionally remembers can be a bit frightening.
- As much as this show has light-hearted moments, it has it's dark ones which may contain mentions of death, abuse, bodily harm, suicide, PTSD, revenge s*x, depression and trauma.
- During this show, there are multiple death and suicide scenes which are very triggering.

- Rin was accused of seducing Hatsuharu.
- A character's biological gender is revealed, the character is nude facing a mirror. Pubic parts are covered.

- Akito pushes Rin from the window after she finds out she seduced Hatsuharu and she falls on a rock.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In one of the last episodes of the first season, a character transforms to his "true form" after a character removes his beads. His transformation may be frightening to some viewers.
- In one episode, Akito makes a bet with Kyo about beating Yuki before graduating, and if he doesn't, he will be confined for life. Akito's face when he tells him that can be a bit frightening.
- A character's mother has committed suicide and the topic can make certain viewers uncomfortable.
- There is a scene where a character wishes for one of her bullies to die, and they end up falling on the ground unconscious.
- Characters have traumatic and tragic pasts. One character's parents passed away, but she still smiles. Another character was tormented mentally during his childhood. A female character used be part of a violent delinquent gang, her past can be terrifying. A character who used to love someone asked the family head to allow them to marry, but the family head got very upset and hurt both of the lovers. The female lover was extremely depressed.
- A character was abused and hated by her parents that preferred her little brother over her. In one scene, she thought her brother was cold so she was putting a blanket on him but her parents misunderstood her and threw her away while yelling. This scene can trigger those who've experienced similar abuse.
- A character falls off a cliff, and a character who was with her, ran away yelling for help. Later the character who fell is shown on the ground, uncouncious.
