Softcore with a weak story - it is as bad as they say, maybe even worse

"Tantrica" is despite the names of director Michael Jalal Mj and writer and lead actress Aiysha Saagar an Australian English-language movie from 2018, late 2018 actually, and the photo here on imdb already makes clear that there is an ounce of spirituality as well as kamasutra to it. The latter is also mentioned in the longer title, certainly to get more (male) audiences to see this one. And it probably worked out as this film has been seen by millions and millions already since its release on Youtube. But this does not mean it is a quality watch. Not by any means. I agree with those saying the lead actress Saagar was really bad. Her line delivery feels so stale and robotic and her character's background hardly justifies that the way I thought early on in her favor. And still while it is a tolerable film early on, it gets worse and worse afterwards during these 44 minutes. Story-wise it is a joke and the worst is probably that the film still takes itself seriously as a supernatural movie. When the main character gets critically stabbed briefly before the 30-minute-mark, there is hope that it gets better with her out of the picture, but yeah she isn't really and also when she is not seen, the film is not much better like the scene when the other two investigate what is going on. The acting is generally pretty bad here. Maybe it would have been a better watch if the main character would have been palyed at least by a more attractive actress, but yeah this way nothing stays except this being a pretentious softcore film. They include one scene with another character having sex than the one played by Saagar, so that people who prefer blondes get their fair share as well I suppose. But overall, I cannot see anything positive in here honestly, maybe the sets if at all and the direction was sometimes tolerable too, but the weaker parts (most of all the plot and how the story unfolded) were so horrible that there is only one word to describe this short film: Failure.

Most terrible movie

Its the most terrible, horrible movie ever made my mankind.. the actors r awful.. even a 1 year old kid can perform better. Especially the main actress kalpana... please stay away from the movie.. this movie should be declared as the worst man made disaster

Soft core disguised as a thriller

The only reason this movie has garnered over 20 million views on youtube is simply because of the explicit sex scenes and graphic nudity. The acting is atrocious, the direction is shoddy, the screenplay is non-existent and the score is boring. The lead actress really needs to work on her acting skills as simply exposing your body does not make you an actress. Overacting is prevalent throughout. The only saving grace of this movie is that it is only around 40 minutes long. Avoid this movie as it is simply a waste of time.

Tantrica is an erotic thriller directed by Michael Jalal Mj. The film stars Aiysha Saagar, Shabbir Ali, Justin Gerardin and Ashleigh Rainer.

The only reason I can recommend anyone to watch this film if they are a fan of soft porn and explicit sex scenes otherwise there is no reason to watch this film. The plot is weak, the execution is bad and the acting is terrible. Please avoid this crap.

Beautiful Body Of Actress +1 Only half nudity shown, I dont know why dont go for full nude.

For a short film, there is so much detail with so many locations. YouTube shows over 8 million views with 80% loving the movie. Looking forward to the feature.
