All of the wines mentioned in the film are commercially available and can be bought for a drinkalong to the film. Also the "grid" mentioned is the actual one used for wine exams.
The Wine Fair and School is actually an old brewery. It is out of production, but they will occasionally host tap rooms in the summer time. Food trucks and local breweries will participate
There are some in-house gags about wine. One example is the variety Chablis, which isn't a respected wine grape/style. It is just about the first wine featured when Eli is stacking wine at the store (probably on a bargain shelf). Then, later in the film, Eli's younger brother mentions it in a dinner scene, the vibe is he has heard of the variety, but doesn't know much at all about wine.
