Continues to be disturbing.

The mayhem on the first half of the episode didn't really resonate that much maybe because the execution loses the perplexity of the dead. Nevertheless, I like how it toned down a bit upon the remaining minutes to provide a space for the story to continue forward. Not the best episode so far but excels on how it bridges to the remaining episodes.

A new perspective.

This episode is intense from start. The first part is really good. Focusing on horror of the outbreak. While the plot of the king is developing. I'm looking forward to see what will happens next.

But there is one cliche here. No matter what happens, there always be the one who brings disease. With their messed up intention. It's kind of stupid and naive. But that's not a very big problem.

After the Sunset
claudio_carvalho29 September 2021
In Dongnae, the dead awake after the sunset, attacking the locals and increasing the number of zombies. On the next morning, Prince Chang, Moo Young, the local authorities, and the nobles agree to flee in boats with the survivals since there will be not time to burn all the corpses. But there is only one boat, and the authorities and nobles sneak out and leave Prince Chang, Moo Young and the survivors behind.

The third episode of "Kingdom" is maybe the best one. The episode begins full of action, with the attack of the horde of zombies to the Dongnae. The despicable attitude of the nobles will probably have a high cost. My vote is nine.

Practically 30 minutes of The Walking Dead
philipposx-1229025 January 2019
For the first three episodes Kingdom has basically what the trailer suggested and I anticipated. It's comparably thin on narrative, substance and characterization, though we now know 2/3 main characters and what there main focus is. But this episode mainly focused on action, on Zombie massacre.

I believe more than 3 quarters of the episode are without dialogue and just random. but surely well made scenes of the undead trying to bite & kill living people. It delivers some truly disturbing stuff, is shot with some really well made cinematography and over all has a certain sense of danger and dread. Hopefully we're going to see more after that specific ending!
