In season three overhead shots of the riverboats show them to be relatively narrow, maybe 430 feet wide at most. However interior shots of the boats or the casinos are up to 60 or 70 feet wide. With wide staircases, side rooms, bars etc. However, the casinos that operate as riverboat casinos can legally have hotels and other casino structures on the land adjoining the boat. So the interior scenes at the casino don't necessarily have to happen on the narrow boat itself.
