As usual ... Christine Hakim still proves her amazing performance. A touchy-melodramatic movie that keeps a lot of messages. It is about friendship, trust and love ... dancing in the rain ... rain of tears ...

Good Story But Poor Presentation!!!!

Here, this movie has a pretty good story actually but poor acting and lack of enough make-up made this movie very poor. I Don't know about indonesian movies a lot. See, if u observe this movie, u will notice lack of acting skills particularly from the child who played the part of Banyou! Then the lady who played the part of Radin's mother! I mean her acting literally sucks!!! And the poor cinematography!! Think, If u were in hospital and u had surgery how would you look then? Think? Got it? No? Let me guide you! Remember Radins face or look after the operation? I mean he looked as fresh as ever. Come on man, you just had an operation, you were in the hospital where is gloominess or tiredness in your face? The director should have worked on this small things! Now the worst part. When Kinara, Radin, and Banyou were childs their mother and granny were younger but after 10 years when the grew up in the movie their mother and granny looked the same!!!! No sign of age! I mean how? U could make them look old! That's why You have make-up artist for. U are making a movie, u must need to get the fact right. Okay, so these are things I Didn't like at all. I know opinions vary! Thank you!

It touched my heart and made me cry

This is the best(?) friendship movie i've ever watched.

I don't have family with mental disorder, but I can feel clearly how a family being stigmatized and should suffers on that condition, if having an "abnormal child" was not enough.

Aside of the issue, the actors were amazing! Salute

Like usual, it has a mellow soundtrack titled "stars at heart" (bintang di hati), to make a lot of people sad.

Doesnt represent autism, focus more on friendship

Medically wrong.

The opening plot is nice. Love the visual and love their friendship. Then they grow up and i didnt understand what happen. Also the ending when radin got sick, its just a messed up solution.

If youre looking for autism awareness inspiration, this is not it. This is more on the friendship and family struggles (eyang utihs struggles, and radin's mom not approving their friendship) Give me back my 2hrs.
