- End of Ep16/ Brief hot spring scenes show portions of girls' breasts. One scene has a girl stand up in the bath, fully exposing her breasts, though the nipples are not there.
- A side character is infrequently depicted in a very revealing outfit that exposes cleavage, her midriff, and portions of her buttocks.
- A character is seen standing in the nude examining their new form for a while, though since the form is genderless it lacks any sensitive detail. At one point, the character attempts to make the form 'more feminine', and we see a portion of their breasts (partially obscured by clouds) before the character stops it.
- A slime is often seen pressed at or right below girls' breasts as they hold him. At one point, he is comically depicted in between a large amount of (clothed) breasts.
- Some mild innuendo (such as references to being a 'pervert') in the dialogue.

- Moderate fantasy violence includes fantasy creatures being stabbed, decapitated, and otherwise wounded, sometimes resulting in blood sprays or pools of blood. There is no excessive gore or brutality.
- A brief scene of realistic violence shows a man being stabbed, with a pool of blood forming over him. This incident is fatal (and essential to the plot).

- A Child is burnt alive along with an animal. Episode 7.
- In an OVA, A woman is being attacked by a monster the woman then summons in a demon. The demon punches a hole in the monster and chops off it's arms. There is a blood spray but the blood is purple. The demon then slices off the monsters legs with the same purple blood sprays. You can then see the pool of purple blood.
- a few episodes get very violent in season 2. One boy gets decapitated, a girl gets choked to death (although you can only see the shadow), Rimuru kills thousands of people so he can become a demon lord, and he even cuts off someone's hand.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A young woman is seen losing control of her powers, causing a girl to catch on fire. No graphic injury is depicted, but this still may be disturbing to some viewers.
- A boy chokes a girl and holds her up to get a skill to be immune. The girl dies.
- An orc takes a boy and brutally beats him, you can see some blood on the orc.
