In the Minds eye is an amazing original story!! I couldn't keep my eyes off the screen the whole time. You can tell Kellen Gibbs has an amazing team and knows how to bring a story to life. The Acting, Directing, and Cinematography is phenomenal and I can't wait to see it again and his future projects!

As Emotionally-Engaging as Suspense Entertainment Gets!

The binary nature of each of the story's leads are as unique as they are compelling, resulting in acting that's as good as cinema chemistry gets. I found myself leaning in to savor every nuanced line of dialog. Obligated to follow every tilt and pan of the director's mind-probing lens. And I was still as surprised as ever with the ending. Now, THAT'S great movie-making. With this commendable cast and crew, the future of film-making is back in good hands again.

Can't Take My Eye Off It

With the constant remakes, sequels, prequels, etc. made now a days, we all yearn for original ideas, concepts, and stories. To come out of the theatre in aw of how far human creativity can excel. In the Mind's Eye hits every mark perfectly to it's original story telling, clean cut angles of cinematography, and the endless possibilities of ideas. It not only keeps you hooked in your seat, but makes you want to discuss about it hours afterwards. Kellen Gibbs has mastered the power of imagination and created a reality that we get watch unfold beautifully. I pity those who don't get to observe and experience this journey, because we get watch the endless stories of his great mind.

Bravissimo!!!!

In the Mind's Eye offers a fleeting glimpse of power, the pain of realizing your mistakes, and the path to overcome them. Very rarely does a short incite such raw emotion. I found myself wiping my eyes, and wishing it were a feature length film. Pay attention. The twist is delicious. You heard me, a twist. In a 17 minute film. a tough feat to pull off, to be sure, but the team at Frame of Reference made it work in a beautiful way.

It is no surprise that this film came from the mind of Kellen Gibbs, who has continually graced us with premises that bite at the soul. The cinematography is breathtaking, the actors well rounded, and one wonders when the next beautiful project from the team will premiere. I offer 10 stars and a Bravo!!!! Pay attention to this director. One day soon you will see him accepting awards.

A wonderful journey to dark place!

Making a thriller for a short film is often difficult but in Director Kellen Gibbs "In the mind's eye" executes it perfectly by his tight storytelling and the wonderful acting from Sara Naravtil and Richard Neil. He could tell the backstory through voice over but he tells the story through pictures which reminds me of the great directors in the 70s. He tells me where to go instead of me having to figure it out.

Sara Naravtil shows her confusion of having this gift. She sees it as a curse and does not know what sort of purpose it serves. You can relate to her because she brings you inside her mind.

Richard Neil portrays the inner life of a man broken but still moving along. You can see the tiredness in his eyes. He just wants to give it one last try.

Overall, I hope that Kellen will expand on this thriller. I am anxious to see what he has planned next.
