Fell asleep half way through, seems like a mash of a whole lot of WW movies as most of the characters are lame due to lack of depth.
Wonder Woman is saving a young girl who fell into darkness by joining a deadly organization.
Wonder Woman: Bloodlines is a stand-alone film for Wonder Woman in developing her character. The premise of the story of this film is quite good. The plot of the story goes to the point and is presented quickly. The conflict presented is also fairly simple. Trying to save the girl who fell in the dark is nothing but a clichéd story in this film. Didn't really expect much in this movie but it's pretty good. Developing a Wonder Woman character that to me feels less about the essence of the Wonder Woman role itself. Likewise with Steve Trevor, who for me doesn't feel like a partner who helped Wonder Woman a lot.

I've enjoyed every single one of the DC Universe Animated Movies up to now, but Wonder Woman Bloodlines unexpectedly breaks the streak. What a disappointment.
I'm a long-time WW fan, and she's been very well-presented in all DC movies up until now. No slam on the animation here which is more or less ok, or the voice acting which is top-notch as usual, but even the awesome Rosario Dawson couldn't sizzle this turkey.
The problem with Wonder Woman Bloodlines begins and ends with the script, or more to the point, with the scriptwriter. The dialogue is uniformly flat, character depth and nuance are wholly absent, and every person (including Steve Trevor, the only man in the movie) is written with the exact same voice. I could literally hear the screenwriter speaking every single line, regardless of which character was actually delivering it.
The entire screenplay is one-dimensional and hamfisted from start to finish to the point of being, frankly, embarrassing.
I looked up the screenwriter and it seems that's kind of what she's known for, so... good job, I guess?
If you're going to skip just one DC Animated Universe Movie, make it this one.

Well, first of all I can't really claim to be much of a fan of superheroes, much less Wonder Woman. But hey, when given a chance to sit down and watch something that I haven't already seen, I will take that chance. And so was the case as well with this 2019 DC animated movie "Wonder Woman: Bloodlines".
Was it really necessary to showcase the origin of Diana yet another time? We've already seen this in comic books and in the 2017 live action movie. So having to sit through that yet again just felt redundant.
That being said, then I will say that the storyline in "Wonder Woman: Bloodlines" was a bit simplistic, but directors Justin Copeland and Sam Liu more than made up for what the movie lacked in story with sheer action and fighting. And that definitely was a treat for me as a viewer.
As for the characters in the storyline, well thumbs up for those parts. There were some pretty interesting characters and villains throughout the storyline. I liked that aspect of the animated movie quite a bit.
With this being an animated movie, having a good voice acting performance cast is crucial, and I do say that they definitely had put together a good ensemble of actresses and actors for "Wonder Woman: Bloodline". It was definitely a nice treat to have Rosario Dawson do the voice for Wonder Woman herself.
Now, as an animated movie, I do like the particular drawing style and artform that they used in this 2019 animated movie. It felt like a very nice blending of comic book and old school 1980s cartoon. So that definitely appealed to me and helped add to the overall enjoyment of the animated movie.
I am rating "Wonder Woman: Bloodlines" a six out of ten stars. It was a nice surprise for me, and I will say that it is worth taking the time to sit down and watch.

It's a Total disappointment.
They just changed her personality from previous movies, making her more like in the live action movie (wich I loved) but she is not what they have been giving us in the animated movies.
Besides that, the writing is lazy, boring and animation is not great.
I am stick to the 2009 animated movie until they give us something better.

OK, the first 1/3 was the same thing we saw in the WONDER WOMAN movie with Steve getting shot down and Diana saving him and then them leaving together to save the world. That was in the preview, no surprise. Then it got good. It was well written, action moved along nicely, plenty of new heroes. I enjoyed it. Would recommend it.

I've waited (as have other WW fans) for about ten years for another Wonder Woman solo movie after the amazing 2009 version. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this over its predecessor. The movie falls short on count of animation, engaging characters and plot development.
The animation is an unfortunate departure from the animation style that we have come to know and love in the more recent movies such as Death of Superman/ Reign of the Supermen and certainly doesn't hold a candle to the 2009 Wonder Woman movie.
Characters feel like they have been forced into moulds just to tick off agendas. Steve Trevor for example seems out of his league at most times. As a woman, I yearn for a movie where the empowerment of one group does not come at the expense of making another seem incompetent. Other characters as well have been shoehorned in to fit agendas just for the sake of it.
Summing up: If you're looking for a Wonder Woman animated movie to watch, I recommend watching/re-watching the 2009 movie instead.

I agree with other reviewers that there was some cheesy one liners but its obvious theyre intentional. Its an animated DC film guys... The plot is decent and fight scenes are nice. I appreciate that they focused on Wonder Woman's story and did not try to add all other characters from JL.

I have watched pretty much every animated DC thing there is out there. This was such a big let down, bad story with terrible acting. Seemed childish and totally unnatural. I really hope they dont make more movies like this.

DC comics has accustomed us to much better (sometimes even excellent).
We are clearly among the worst (maybe the worst of all?):
A shame
We are clearly among the worst (maybe the worst of all?):
- There is no script, no development of characters and dialogues are incipid.
- Characters design is bad and particularly poorly inspired (special mention for the bad guys).
- The graphics are poor and the animation minimalist (some would say it's botched work).
- Even action / fight scenes are bad!
A shame

After the awesomeness that Reign of the Supermen and Batman: Hush offered, I thought this would be a perfect movie to complete the Superman-Batman-Wonder Woman trilogy. While Reign of the Supermen and Batman: Hush were very memorable, this on the other hand was very forgettable. I am writing this review around 2 years after I have watched it and I don't remember much. I can't even take help from Honest Trailers, Cinemasins, Pitch Meetings etc to remember what all happened in it, so I will judge it only on the basis of the things I am remembering while writing this.
Wonder Woman: Bloodlines has the same beginning as the 2017 live action movie: Diana decided to save the man's world and left Themyscira. The story, however, takes place in the present day instead of World War I. Diana is some government official now, probably of Amazonians or something. She decides to help an outcast girl when she visits her mother's home. They have a Barbie-like moment together, but that girl later turns into Mercy from Overwatch (the one drawn on the cover).
There's a fight between Wonder Woman and Medusa, in which Diana puts poison in her eye and blinds herself to fight. After the hero-villain fight she manages to reform Mercy and they become friends again. If I remember correctly, Cheetah was also in this. There was also a woman who grew very big.
The animation is the reason why I have given it a good rating. It was forgettable, but I remember enjoying what it showed while it lasted. And trust me when I say I don't have the guts to watch this again on Prime Video. It's quite mediocre and I don't like watching the same movie twice unless I have given it a 10/10 rating.

After the Death & Return of Superman and them having so many hits this one is a huge miss.
Very poor villains especially with no development. There's two villains they could have reveled in the middle somewhere that would have been more compelling.
Wonder Woman has a chance to at least put the big bad in jail or something after the plan is admitted. What does she do? Absolutely nothing.
The whole story and dialogue needed a lot more time in the cooker, it feels like it was hashed out in a couple hours and then they pat themselves on the back and took their cheques.

This movie feels like an intent to introduce Wonder Woman and her villains to a public that (allegedly) does not know them. That is why we are told again the story of how Diana became Wonder Woman and we also got a parade of villains (and one occasional friend). This all results in a mess instead of a coherent story. They should have told a smaller story but with enough detail. I still think that the movie is entertaining and I liked the part of the occasional friend a lot, as well as the look of a couple of the villains, but I really think the movie has no soul.

Imaginative and action packed installment in the DC Animated Movie Universe (that's a mouthful).
Rosario Dawson remains a surprisingly good choice for voicing Wonder Woman and Jeffrey Donovan is a solid fit as her friend and lover Steve Trevor. TFor those expecting Nia Vardalos to have a meaty role in this, you're be disappointed.
There is an entire rogues gallery of villains for Wonder Woman to fight. Almost all her classic foes appear such as Giganta, Cheetah, Doctor Poison, and even Dr. Cyber. But few of them standout despite their unique power set The most interesting one (I won't mention who) appears in the third act battle and shows far more personality than her evil confederates you wish she was the only villain.
The animation is terrific for the most part, and seems especially attentive to the curvature of the female characters. The music has a great epic feel to it during the action beats. There are a few pieces that seem reminiscent of a Ridley Scott film.

Wonder Woman: Bloodlines is an incredible addition to the DC animated library. Rosario Dawson and Jeffrey Donovan both give great performances. The animation is good and it's well paced. The action sequences are impactful and extremely enjoyable. The humour is also really good and the music by Frederik Wiedmann is fantastic. However, it is brought down slightly by the opening 10 mins which feel slightly rushed.
The plot was good and well written. You gonna enjoy the whole movie with some of the Dc villians plus the action scenes was okay too . The story is well connected to last parts and that's what I like about Dc animations.

Too many plot holes, boring story and one dimensional characters. The Justice League (animated) Wonder Woman had better stories.
It's utter crap.
