Second-to-last of the Garage Sale Mystery films due to Lori Loughlin being indicted in March 2019 for bribing admissions officials so her children could be admitted to the University of Southern California. Hallmark announced on March 14, 2019 it was no longer working with Loughlin and had stopped development of any productions involving her.
A player piano and a musical code hidden in a music scroll are used as the centerpiece of the overall storyline for this project. Mozart's "Fantasia No. 3 in D Minor" is the centerpiece of the score as well as the story.
