Could be better
kouts-483868 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Nice film, gives you a glimpse of custom bikes, but a bit boring, too much talking, especially for money. And there loses many points. For some seconds talks also about women riders, nth much more.

Oh and for some minutes we watch some spanish riding harley's in desert! Like a promotion..

Surely this film doesnt talk about the riders (as the promotion tells) but the custom bikes industry.

Exciting and inspiring film!
rebholution29 September 2020
This is really a spectacularly beautiful film to watch. The photography is beautiful and the stories told by the builders are nothing short of inspiring. Gareth Roberts obviously loves motorcycles and it shows. There is nothing better than witnessing the commitment and passion by those who love what they are doing.

A One Of A Kind Documentary On Custom Bike Builders
bigmoe-1635621 February 2020
A really well put together documentary on bike builders and where they see their future within the booming industry. Lots of interviews with builders from all over the world. Some build on a shoe-string and passion. Others use the latest tech to build show bikes which will likely never see the road.

This documentary will be of interest to those who admire engineering and innovation, even though they only have a passing interest in motorcycles.

An earnest and detailed examination of a motorcycle subculture
gareth-2746413 April 2024
This independent feature film examines in depth the various engineering, mechanical, design and cultural elements of a fascinating motorcycle subculture. It focuses on the men and women who invest their time, money and soul into creating functional art. It interviews men and women working on motorcycles and reviving old skills and defying built in obsolescence. Some of the machines are beautiful, some not so, but the process is fascinating. There will always be detractors of this scene (see some of the other reviews) but it exists as a breath of fresh air in a corporate dominated industry that fosters conformity.
