A slow night for the men cue the Ladies
paudieconnolly8 October 2020
A main event that is the highlight of an average night. The Main event does deliver. A long slow road to get there but is worth the wait. The first women's main event and the ladies do steal and elevate the show.

WrestleMania 35 was not quite the rowdy spitfire as it should had been. The show was just decent in flair.
ironhorse_iv5 August 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Yet WWE didn't even bother making the set seem grand. Look I get that the event was not hosted from a historical location like Madison Square Garden in New York City; but instead at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. However, they could had at least, dress up the set to seem like it was held in the city that never sleeps like they did with WrestleMania 29 with the replicas of the city skyline and Statue of Liberty. I would even take a cheesy big red apple around the ring. Yet they choose to do nearly nothing. The giant Titan Tron stage looks like a black television set & the ring dressing looks plain. It certainly didn't have the extravaganza look to it; but how about the match card. Did that at least live up to the value? Not really. The event was way too long. Not close to a New York Minute at all. From the pre-show opening to the sign-off, the show has a runtime of 7.5 hours. A really grueling watch for one sitting. Like the previous three WrestleManias before this, some of the contests probably could had been cut like the warm up crowd title match between cruiserweight champion, Buddy Murphy and challenger, Tony Nese. The move sets were botchy causing Murphy to accidently bleed above the eye and the in-ring story was not there. Forgettable. The Women Battle Royal was next. Despite the fact that WWE use the same finish as the previous year Battle Royal and a few wrestlers like Dana Brooke making a fool of themselves. The contest was a lot more eye catchy than the 205 live one. Then there was the Raw Tag Team Championship match. I love the storyline of Curt Hawkins along with Zack Ryder trying to break his 269-match losing streak versus the champions the Revival (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson). Compare to the others, this simple underdog story was by far the best in the preshow. Men's Andre the Giant Battle Royal was the worst. I really don't like the barely athletic comedic celebrities taking hard working wrestlers spots gimmick even if they don't win. It's annoyed to see them in these matches. Anyways that brings us to real opener of the show Seth Rollins versus titleholder Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship. The buildup to the match was perfect and the ring work while short did its job. It was nice. AJ Styles versus Randy Orton was also pretty damn good. However, WWE kinda ruin the match with leaving the bright lights on. Because of this, the crowd were more focus on yelling for them to turn it off, in order to see the fight. It's sad because the build up to the brawl was decent. Talking about just okay. The Women Tag Team title match between the champs 'Boss 'n' Hug Connection' (Bayley and Sasha Banks) Nia Jax and Tamina, Beth Phoenix and Natalya and 'The IIconics' (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce) had solid in ring work rather than chaos. The Miz versus Shane McMahon fight continue the tread as the brawl lived up to the hype. It's just that some of the shaky camera movement zooms were making me nauseous to the point that I miss the Rey Mysterio and Samoa Joe squash match due to getting water for the headache. That US championship match was highly disappointing. I really wanted to see Samoa Joe show his stuff after years not being on the card. However, it was understandable due to Rey being injury. At least, the WWE Championship match between title holder Daniel Bryan and challenger Kofi Kingston was amazing. Love the storyline behind this contest with Kingston overcoming the odds to get a chance to be champion. The next series of matches probably should had been cut for time or shorten. For example, the Fatal Four Way match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship between title holders, The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso) Aleister Black and Ricochet, Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura and The Bar (Cesaro and Sheamus) was meh. It could had been played out on Smackdown. The same goes with "The Demon" Finn Bálor versus belt holder Bobby Lashley for the Intercontinental Championship for RAW. The whole bit with John Cena assaulting Elias should had been combine with the Kurt Angle's farewell match by having the Doctor of Thuganomics team up with the Olympic champion to fight off the drifter and Baron Corbin. Instead Cena's actions play out very similar to the previous year's event and the Corbin's match suck the air out of the room. Then there is Triple H's No Holds Barred retirement feud with Batista which could had been shorten due to the individuals well past prime ages. Regardless, it was alright despite the odd choice of comedy spots. Roman Reigns versus Drew McIntrye was also decent for a hoss fight, but it could had been reduced as well. The crowd went indifferent after a while even if both could work, due to McMahon's standards of forced pushed rather than organic fanfare. That brings us to the main event. The Winner Takes All triple threat match between Becky Lynch, Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair for both brands women's championship. First off, it's nice to see that an women match could indeed be the headliner for WrestleMania, but the buildup was awful with the whole killing kayfabe on the internet, clumsy injury angle and Flair being intercede into the feud when she wasn't needed. As for the contest. It had everything. Great moves, story telling and selling. Yet the awkward finish kinda hurts it. Overall: While the long running time is something to wrestle with. 2019 WrestleMania was suitable for the most part even if the show dragged at parts. It's all worth a watch. So, check it out if you want to. Take a bite out of this big apple.

Satisfying Enough.
Movie-ManDan9 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Nothing will change my mind about WrestleMania these days being way too long. No matter what, events this long result in a burnout. Having said that, the good in this outweighed the bad.

First of four reshow matches was Tony Nese becoming the new cruiserweight champion against Buddy Murphy. Considering how low the cruiserweight are these days, this was a pleasant surprise. 7/10

Carmella wins the women's battle royal in nice fashion. 7/10

Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder finally get pushes again after winning the Raw tag team titles from the Revival. Good match too. 7.5/10

Braun Strowman wins the Andre the Giant battle royal. Could have been better without the SNL guys making it silly. I just love battle royals. 7/10

Now to the main part of the show. The first match was for the Universal championship. Brock had a flight to catch for Vegas which was why it was on first, but Brock has devalued the title, so this going on first made sense. The lazy guy mostly pummelled Seth Rollins outside the ring before the match started. Luckily Seth won. I don't care about the consistency of Brock's wins or that the match wasn't good, I'm just glad we have a new champion. 5.5/10

AJ Styles defeats Randy Orton in a bit of a snoozer. Mostly just a forgettable filler. 5.5/10

Shan McMahon defeats The Miz in an okay falls count anywhere bout. 7/10

The IIconics become the new women's tag team champions. Good bout for all four teams involved. 7.5/10

Kofi Kingston's 11 year journey to become champion finally comes true against Daniel Bryan. Certainly the best match of the night for the men. 8.5/10

I forget when, (somewhere around this point), Elias did a mini concert, only to be interrupted by John Cena as the doctor of thugonomics. Cena owned it and the crowd loved it all. 9/10

Samoa Joe defeats Rey Mysterio in a short match for the US title. As long as they make Joe look good I'm not too mad. 4.5/10

Next up are two guys in bad need of wins. Roman Reigns just defeated cancer and Drew McIntyre is red hot in line for a push. Although more could have been done, I was satisfied. 7.5/10

Triple H defeats the briefly returning Batista since he has never done so. Obviously Hunter was going over. This no holds barred bout was good, but didn't tell a good story until half way through. After that, it was good. 7.5/10

Baron Corbin retires Kurt Angle. Good thing Kurt is an excellent wrestler! 6/10

The returning demon gimmick for Finn Balor was key in his match against Bobby Lashley for the IC title. Finn won. 7.5/10

The first ever women's main event on the grandest stage of them all saw Becky Lynch beat Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair for both women's championships. Not perfect, but still sweet. 9/10

So there are no perfect matches like there have been in past years. But all in all, this was a night I was satisfied with. Overall: 6.7/10

Pretty underwhelming
lukerose028 April 2019
Probably my least favourite WrestleMania, some of the matches were way too long (Batista vs Triple H), and there just wasn't much wow factor this year.

Wrestlemania 35
bobcobb3019 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
John Cena rocking Yankees gear and coming out to a Babe Ruth video is a massive embarrassment since he is from Massachusetts.

But that's just a minor complaint. While some parts of the show were good it was simply too long and too many matches were thrown in for no reason.

Samoa Joe and Rey Mysterio only lasted a couple minutes so X-Pac and Road Dogg could run around the stage with glow sticks?

WELL DONE WRESTLEMANIA 35
jamontjohnson-8331913 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT WRESTLEMANIA 35 LIVE FROM METLIFE STADIUM IN EAST RUTHERFORD NEW JERSEY FOR MAJORITY LIVED UP TO EXPECTATIONS! I can run over a few pieces great and not so splendid from this event in which I attended( I sat in section 206 but had an issue with being crammed together by two heavy dudes like me so I texted the seating staff whom moved me to section 247 that actually had a chair to sit in not bleachers so better but anyway)

I missed the first half of the Kickoff show matches when they aired(watched afterwards) being the Cruiserweight Championship which Tony Nese used his Running Nese to beat Buddy Murphy for the Cruiserweight title 8.5/10

Carmella(whom I like but don't think needed this win here) won the 2nd WM Women's Battle Royal with a Superkick to Sarah Logan I believed Mandy Rose would have been a better choice for the win since she's been pushed more but still ok 8.1/10

Curt Hawkins with Zach Ryder as his tag partner defeat The REVIVAL for RAW Tag Team Titles in their hometown and to end his Horrible Losing Stream via Rollup. Very Exciting so glad for him to become a Winner! 8.3/10

Braun Strowman decimates the Andre the GIANT Battle Royal and gets his Hands on Michael Che/Colin Jost Nowhere as Great as Last Year's Memorial BR but Decent though one of the least enjoyable showings of the evening other than the squash with Joe/Mysterio and Baron Corbin/Kurt Angle 7.1/10

I liked these things about WM 35: the fact that allowed Brock Lesnar to open the show with Seth Rollins and lose the Universal Championship in under four minutes after doing the initial pre match onslaught with an F 5 but Rollins using a low blow and 3 Curb Stomps was So Sweet- New Champion 7.7/10 for the match but 10 for Title Change

AJ STYLES WINNING IN AN ABOVE AVERAGE BUT STILL COULD HAVE BEEN MILES BETTER MATCH UP WITH HIS PHENOMENAL FOREARM WAS A SHOCKER TOO I SWORE THAT RANDY ORTON WOULD GET THE VICTORY WITH A RKO OUT OF NO WHERE BUT BOTH MEN NEEDED THE WIN! 8.5/10

THE USOS GET THEIR DESERVING WRESTLEMANIA WIN WITH THE DOUBLE UCE IN A FANTASTIC FATAL 4 WAY TAG FOR THE SMACKDOWN TAG TITLES THAT COULD HAVE GONE IN FOR 4 MORE MINUTES AT LEAST BUT STILL GOOD! 8.75/10

SHANE MCMAHON TRIUMPHS OVER MIZ IN A RATHER DISSATISFYING FALLS COUNTY ANYWHERE THAT HAS A MORE UNBELIEVABLE ENDING WITH MIZ SUPLEXES SHANE OUT OF A ELEVATED PLATFORM BUT SHANE LANDS ON TOP OF MIZ AND COVERS HIM WITH HIS ARM AND GETS THE VICTORY! I KNEW SHANE O MAC WAS GOING 2 WIN SINCE HE TURNED HEEL BUT THOUGHT HE WOULD HAVE HELP FROM OTHERS BUT THIS MATCH SHOULD HAVE HAD BOTH MEN TRYING TO TEAR EACH OTHER APART BUT IT JUST WAS ONE SIDED FOR THE MIZ! 7.4/10

IICONICS STEALING THE WIN FOR THE FATAL 4 WAY WOMEN'S TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH WAS ONE OF THE MOST ASTONISHING THINGS COMING FROM THIS NIGHT! I EXPECTED SASHA AND BAYLEY TO RETAIN BUT CLOSER TO THE MATCH, FELT THAT NATALYA AND BETH PHOENIX WERE GOING TO SUCCEED- GREAT CONTEST WITH BILLIE PINNING BAYLEY AFTER BETH'S SUPER GRAND SLAM FROM THE TOP TB!! 8.25/10

KOFI KINGSTON FINALLY TRIUMPHS ON THE GRANDEST STAGE IN A MATCH OF THE YEAR CANDIDATE WITH THE NEW DANIEL BRYAN FOR THE WWE CHAMPIONSHIP- JUST SO HAPPY AND AMAZED THAT HARD WORK FROM ALL THE YEARS COMES THROUGH 10/10

Samoa Joe beats Rey Mysterio in a minute with the Coquina Clutch- DEPLORABLE on all parts! Rey deserves more for his WM in years but nice win for S Joe! 3/10

ROMAN REIGNS BEATS DREW MCINTYRE IN A 10 MINUTE MATCH THAT REQUIRED MORE TIME TO BE GLEEFUL NEVERTHELESS A HUGE SPEAR PUTS THE SCOTTISH PSYCHOPATH AWAY AFTER A BRUTAL CLASH BY DREW( HE COULD AND SHOULD HAVE PREVAILED OVER ROMAN WHO DID NOT NEED IT BUT AFTER LEUKEMIA, WE KNEW MOST LIKELY HE WOULD) 7.6/10

TRIPLE H AFTER A LONG AWAITED TIME GETS THE PIN ON HIS FORMER EVOLUTION MEMBER/TURNED RIVAL BATISTA( I HONESTLY DID NOT CARE FOR THIS MATCH AT FIRST AND DESPITE IT BEING ABOUT 25 MINUTES TOO LONG- IT WAS BRUTAL BUT FAIRLY WATCHABLE- I HAD MY DOUBTS BECAUSE OF BOTH MEN'S AGE AT 50 AND LAST PERFORMANCES) I ALSO SIDED MORE WITH BATISTA IN THIS MATCH SINCE TRIPLE H WAS RESORTING TO HEELISH ACTS SUCH AS USING PLIERS TO TWIST AND STEP ON THE ANIMAL'S HAND AND EVEN THE WORST THE REMOVAL OF HIS NOSE RING WITH A SHARP OBJECT- COME ON HHH U ACTED LIKE THAT IN YOUR CLASH IN 05 IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REVERSED WITH BATISTA DOING THAT TO U- ENOUGH SAID THOUGH TRIPLE H WITH RIC FLAIR SLEDGE HAMMER AND A PEDIGREE WITH THE WIN! 8.4/10

BARON CORBIN RETIRES KURT ANGLE WITH THE END OF DAYS- JUST SAD BUT ANGLE'S STAMINA IN RING HAS WORN SO IT IS THE RIGHT CALL FOLKS! 5/10

DEMON FINN BALOR BECOMES A TWO TIME INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION AFTER THE COUP DE GRACE ON BOBBY LASHLEY IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES 7.5/10

FINALLY THE WOMEN'S HISTORIC MAIN EVENT FOR THE RAW/SMACKDOWN WOMAN'S CHAMPIONSHIP THAT SAW BECKY LYNCH TRIUMPH OVER RONDA ROUSEY AND CHARLOTTE IN ABOUT 21 MINUTES- I BELIEVED IT COULD HAVE GONE IN 5 MINUTES LONGER PLUS THE ENDING WAS DISAPPOINTING BUT IF IT SETS UP FOR THE FUTURE IT IS NOT THE WORST I HAVE SEEN JUST WANTED A VICTORY WITH THE DIS ARM HER BUT WE GOT THE FIGURE EIGHT AND TWO DOUBLE ARM BARS PLUS TONS OF BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN ALL THREE SADLY ONE COULD WIN AND THAT WAS THE RIGHT ONE BECKY LYNCH- NEW 3 SMACKDOWN AND NOW 1 RAW WOMANS CHAMPION 9.3/10

I WISH THE MATCH ORDER COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER PLUS SOME OF THE MATCHES SHOULD HAVE HAD BEEN LONGER IN ABOUT 3-7 MINUTES BUT STILL VERY GOOD SHOWING OF WRESTLEMANIA 35 DESPITE BOTCHES IN AND OUT OF THE RING PLUS ANY ONE WHO ATTENDED KNOWS ABOUT THE AFTER EVENT STADIUM CHAOS WITH TRANSPORTATION THAT WENT NO WHERE FOR HOURS JUST TERRIBLE -WAYS TO MAKE U THINK ABOUT NOT GOING TO ANY WWE EVENT - NEVER HAS THAT HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE AN HOPE NOT AGAIN! BUT WELL DONE WRESTLEMANIA 35 IT BEATS 30, 25, 15 BUT NOT 20!!

The best Wrestlemania since Wrestlemania 30
sinshycodo14129 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This Wrestlemania has 3 main events.

It starts with Brock Lesner vs Seth Rollins for the Universal Champion. Nobody expected this match to start. Normaly this kind of match should be the main event. The hype was over the level. The match is a decent one. Seth wins after some illegal moves and burns the place down. Ranking: +++

The second match is Aj Styles vs Randy Ortan. I expected this match to stole the show. It has two of the world's best wrestlers. Aj is a technical master and Randy has experience. The problem is, that it builds up very slow. The match itself was 18 minutes which i expected it to be but it took forever to pace it up and they lost the fans halfway through the match. Ranking:+

Then Usos retain their titles against The Bar, Rusev with Nakamura and Richochet with Aleister Black. It was quick and exciting match. Everyone did their moves and had their moments. The problem was we see this kind of matches all the time on other payper views or simply on Smack Down. I did not understand why this was not a leader's Match. Ranking:++

Then it follows up with The Miz vs Shane Mcmahon. Now I remember many fans complaining about this match being on the Card and wanting a better match for The Miz but this match was absolutely on fire. They started up in the ring then they went all over the stadium. This hyped the fans and when they took that bump, the fans were all over the place. From nowhere Shane McMahon won the match by "Accident" and the fans really enjoyed it. Ranking:+++

It was time for the women's Tag Team Champions. The Iiconics won the Tag Team Champions from Bayley and Sasha Banks. Having Naia Jax with Tamina and The Hall of Famer Beth Pheonix with Natalya in the match, nobody expected the Iiconics to win. The Iiconics character are that they have to be very annoying and they are so good at their job that I still hear their quirky voices in my head. It was a great match, Bayley and Sasha proving themselves one of the best, the pace of the match was good, but again we see this kind of matches all the time like on the previous payper view in Elimination Chambor... It was a great match but not Wrestlemania worty Ranking:++

The second Main Event is here. Daniel Brayen vs Kofi Kingston. My God, I haven't seen fans invest in a match like this since the Main Event of Wrestlemania 30. Daniel and Kofi are very professional performers. Daniel did all the heel things he can do and the fans booed him throughout the whole match whilst cheering for Kofi. Daniel could have not make Kofi a better Face than this. Kofi took the opportunity and went to the roof. This match stole the Show and I am very proud that WWE have for the first time black wrestler as their Champion. Kofi deserves this. Ranking:++++

After Rey injured himself during the weekend, many thought that this match will not take place. Rey was originally planned to win for the first time the United States Champion from Samoa Joe and become grand slam champion. He lost to Joe within 1 minute. Rey did all his moves so quickly that we expected a quick win for him and then he made one mistake and caught in Coquina Clutch of Joe. This made Joe very Bad A** and we need this kind of dominant heel in the company. This will not hurt Rey because everyone knew he was injured. I think when he comes back, he will take his revenge. Ranking:++

Roman Reigns defeated Drew Mcintyre. Ofcourse Roman would have won. I am happy for him that he made full recovery from his cancer and came back and won at Wrestlemania. I am also sad because of Drew. He worked so hard to become Interesting again. I hope he still main events Wrestlemania someday. The match was the usual match you expect. Drew dominates and then Roman wins. It was a feel good match for Fans. Ranking:+

Next came out heel John Cena and interrupted Ellias. Nobody saw that coming. It was entertaining and Elias is a genius.

Next Match was Triple H vs Batista. Everyone knew Triple H would win after he put his career over the line. This made the ending predictable. The match had very rough and hard core spots but it was tooo long and tooo slow. The fans lost interest, half of the match they were on the floor. I know that this is their wrestling style but wrestling has been evolving, you can't put a match which have been hit a decade ago. I enjoy nostalgia but this match was way slow and long on 7 und half hours of wrestling. Ranking:+

Kurt retirement match was not as we expected. He came and got defeated by Baron Corban. It was a decent match. At one stage, kurt did a moonsault and almost landed on his neck, it was amazing. I am very proud and happy of Kurt's professionalism, he let a young talent get over in his last match. Corban can now talk about how he "retired" Kurt and get a proper heel heat from the fans. I am sure many other wrestlers with Kurt legacy and profile would have refused to loose to Baron Corban or even have a match against him. He is really one of the greatest. Thank you Kurt. You never Sucked Ranking:++

The last man's match was Bobby lashley vs The Demon King Finn Balor. It was a decent match only we saw it like 10 times on Raw. But the fans were happy to see The Demon made a Wrestlemania debut and win the International Champion. It was a feel good moment for the fans. Ranking:++

The third and the real main event arrived. Ronda Rousey vs Charlotte Flair vs Becky lynch. Everyone knew Becky would have won otherwise fans will boo and hijack the whole show. The fans were supporting only Becky. They gave zero reaction to Ronda and Charlotte whatever they did. The problem here was that Charlotte carried the match on her shoulder. When she gets zero reaction from the fans, her moves become less effective and the storyline of the match got ruined. Ronda did the best she could but the finish was very confusing and controversial. Many thought that they botched the finish. You can not finish the most important match of the year by that confusing way. Becky got a quick count over Ronda although her shoulder went up at 2. I understand that WWE did not want to hurt Rondy but this was a catastrophe. The fans were very tired to invest in the match anyway. When the stadium is silent and gives zero reaction to the main event, it ruins the whole show. The three women did all they can do but the fans and the ending ruined the match. Ranking:+

The comedy and the segments on the show was decent. I really loved the John and Elias sketch, but did not love the part where NWO wanted to shove their hands inside this SNL guys. NOT ON 7 AND HALF HOURS SHOW. Ranking:+

I also really enjoyed the guest appearance. Hbk, booker T, Jerry Lawler, JBL were guest commentator. Bret hart and Hulk Hogan mad an appearance too. The hall of fame was also good. The star quality was overall strong Ranking:+++

To jump to the preshow.

Tony Nesse won against Buddy Murphy. It was decent Ranking:++

The Revival lost against Kurt Hawkings and Zack Rider. Nobody saw that coming but this was the worst match of the evening. I mean what did we do to the Revival. One of the best Tag Teams on NXT we called them up and ruined them. I do not blame them if they left and head into AEW. Ranking: --

Carmela won the women's Battle Royal. Really? We really needed to see that? Auska was the favourite but i think she will get to the title picture very sood that is why she did not win but there were other great wrestlers that they needed the win more than carmella like Embor Moon or Dana Brook. They are really talented but they do not get any chances. Ranking:---

Braun Stworman won the men's Royal Battle. You know how this one goes. Good for Braun. Ranking:+

To sum up, I really liked how WWE booked the show. The only problem was that it was too long. The fans were exhausted when we reached the main event. But this show was full of surprises. Nobody expected that Seth, Kofi and Becky to win their titles together. We were expecting at least 2 of 3 but not all of them. WWE wanted to make the fans happy but many fans still complained at the end of the show. Despite al the fan critics, it was the best Wrestlemania in a long time. Very good job WWE Thank you Vince.

WrestleMania 35: Mixed bag of logic and stupidity
Platypuschow8 April 2019
I adore wrestling but truth be told the WWE product has been grinding on me to such an extent I'll often read results instead of watching it (Especially when it comes to television shows). The booking is often baffling, counter productive, riddled with nepotism and a clear inability to listen to the fans.

Wrestlemania 35 was setup to have 3 big finishes that could blow the roof off the arena (Metaphorically as the arena in fact didn't have a roof). Would they at least get those right and would the rest be better than expected?

Well again the entire ppv was a huge mixed bag, glossed over as every Mania is to disguise the fact it's not the grand spectacle it once was. I mean seriously, did you see the ramp? It looked like a giant black slip n'slide! What happened to the days that was a series of monitors to display a persons titantron/colors beneath them as they made their entrance?

If I break this down I'll likely venture into spoiler territory which I have no intention of doing. What I will say is many of the outcomes were logical, yet quite frankly underwhelming and felt more than slightly botched.

Other areas were illogical, damaged their stars more than helped them and ultimately made absolutely made no sense.

The show had very few surprises and though I have no issue with its immense length I do have issue with watching a show for that many hours if a large chunk of it is going to be further demonstration that they have no idea how to protect/push their stars in a logical fashion.

Big, flashy, foolish.

The Good:

Some decent performances

Less predictable than usual

Some great entrances

A couple of feel good moments

Some logical booking

The Bad:

A fair bit of usual stupidity

Some moronic outcomes

Rushed Universal Championship match

Some of the arena looked ridiculous

John Cena segment

Angles retirement

Further misuse of many of its stars

Very Mixed Bag Wrestlemania!
amgee-895518 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
WrestleMania 35 Was much better than last years wrestlemania. Some matches was good especially the smackdown title match and the Shane & miz Match. Sucks that we didn't see an undertaker wrestlemania appearance. It's the first time since 2000 that undertaker hasn't appeared at wrestlemania. I do admit it felt very strange not seeing the undertaker. John Cena segment was brilliant & well done. I'm glad that brock is no more longer the raw word champion. I just wish they could of done a better job with the match. Kurt Angle losing his last match was a joke. Angel deserves better. The woman's main event was good but not great. Overall it was an average wrestlemania PPV. 5/10

Worst Wrestlemania of all time!
kersundomagoj9 April 2019
Days when WWE had charismatic guys and girls are long gone. Instead WWE panders to SJW's, fem-nazis and smark/marks who are only with them because WWE suits their agenda. 95% of the current WWE guys and girls don't have charisma and physical appearance to attract the new eyes on the product. In short today everybody can make it in WWE. Lol, maybe I can be the next WWE star?. As we all know WWE is a work so as I said you need to have charisma and some physical appearance to attaract new fans but sadly today guys and girls only have "in ring work" in a fake fight in a fake sport. Wrestling is about stories and characters not long fake matches with no story. This Wrestlemania showed a middle finger to all of the fans who have sticked with WWF/WWE in their hard times when they almost went down in Mondy Night Wars. Rather to listen to the fans who have left the product (and that is like 75%) they listen to a small audience who have no real loyalty to WWE as I said. Today wrestling needs a new WCW because competition in wrestling is needed seriously.
