The excited villagers gather for the first-ever visit of the King, who will open the photo exhibition after the musical, where farm boy Kees stars as tap dancer. Despite the mayor pressing constable Zwart to get on with the expo, he and the twins must concentrate on clues concerning the bombs hidden by Albert Verschuere in the centennial water works Woudagemaal where the exhibition is exposed. He and his cahoots have a detonation plan B from his yacht, so the only way to stop him is keeping that out of range with the Kameleon.
