When the prince first visits the children's cancer treatment ward, a rust-colored knitted cloth with yellow stripes hangs on the footboard of the unoccupied bed nearest the door. As he and the doctor arrive the cloth is off-center to the side closest to the door. When the doctor walks into the ward the cloth has moved to the other side. When the attendant helps the child into the bed the cloth has moved back to its original position.
When Jeff visits Tasha's home - hopelessly underdressed for winter - as he takes out his cell phone he shifts into his left hand an already-open bottle of beer that Tasha never gave him, but which he thanks her for when he leaves.
Dr. Tasha comes to work in hospital wearing a short green dress and dark brown pantyhose. In the next scene, she and Jeff enter prince Alexander's single room ward. She still wears short green dress but pantyhose is now transparent. And in the next scene, she and Rosa sit in cafe. She still wears short green dress but pantyhose is again dark brown.

At the Christmas ball, King Edward is wearing two identical ribbons (which appear to be for the Canadian Forces Decoration) on his tunic, one on the inside end of the top row and the other on the outside end of the second row. Multiple awards are denoted by a device, such as a numeral, cluster, or bar, affixed to a single ribbon.
When the Prince is first seen wearing his cast his pant leg is covered by the cast, and continues that way throughout the scenes where the cast is visible, especially when he is in the wheel chair.
At the Christmas ball, when Dr. Miller and Prince Alexander are confessing their love for each other, the two couples "dancing" in the background are standing still and merely moving their arms back and forth.
