Worse than Organize isler 1
ckocyildirim-22-2377333 February 2019
Although there were references to the first part , it was very weak compared to the first film. I was expected to have better than Yilmaz Erdogan. Can be watched for Kivanc Tatlitug performance. Technically there was syncronous shift and vere weak lightening.

Decent comedy, mehh action
saraccan2 February 2019
It had a decent balance between action and comedy with the comedy side feeling a little more original. Can't say the same thing about the action parts because most of it felt like a cliche-filled 90s Hollywood movie. I also have a big problem with having music in 99% of the film even though its a formula that seems to work fine in Turkish film and tv show industry. For me it feels like watching an annoyingly long music video with a story. Most of the acting was good and had nice establishing shots of Istanbul.

A scammer's daughter's husband-to-be gets scammed from a different scammer. So they set out to catch those scammers while a gambling mafia are set out to catch them.

Good old Istanbul
irbamkoc22 February 2019
Yilmaz Erdogan present us a follow up of his follow-up cameo movie Organize Isler. It highlights the details of Istanbul and the Turkish standards in a very questioning way. But I am easy able to say that this part is not an oeuvre as the first one is. A fine watch but nothing more special than that. Worth watching with both family and friends.

A sidenote to this movie is the 'silkerler' word used in a scene is a quick copy of Levent Kirca's sketch named ''Silkmisim haliyi''. I just want to underline this to respect the profession of Kirca in the theathre business. But what made me to give the seven instead of six is the choice of minimizing the use of bad words with which other modern Turkish movies make their bread with.

The eight is too far due to the saturation of time with music and dance. The movie could easily be ended in 1&1/5 hour without them. This actually was wasted valuble time which could be usrled to perfectionize spoken parts of the movie or add some more action. Sometimes it felt like Erdogan ripped us off while he was eating the caviar.

Can be watched to spend time in cinema.
alaskalibear5 February 2019
If we make a comparison with the first film, this film is at its lower level. But the performance of Kivanc Tatlitug and Yilmaz Erdogan was successful. I wish Ata Demirer was more likely to be seen in the film. Can be watched to spend time in cinema.

Thanks to Netflix, I didn't spend money for this movie. I think it's a movie that you don't need to focus to watch it, for that reason you can see it at home. The first movie was way better. The acting was not so powerful as the first movie. Kivanc Tatlitug and Yilmaz Erdogan were good but that is not enough for a good movie.

Entertaining but not top level. I beleive I can ask the director to do better.
waigo717 February 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Yilmaz Erdogan gave us a top level work(Vizontele) and many great works(Organize Isler, Kelebegin Ruyasi, Eksi Elmalar) too. With that in mind, this film is a bit subpar comparing to them and it is certain that sequel work is not Yilmaz Erdogan's strongest suit.(Vizontele Tuuba was also entertaining and I would still watch to pass time)

Casting: Many characters didn't reprise their roles which caused a huge void. Most of them were established actors and I was a little disappointed that most of the weren't mentioned enough (except for Erdal Tosun, ruhu sad ola, who had a close relationship with Yilmaz Erdogan as I learned from his stand up show). Most of them were filled with BKM Mutfak crew and some associates in other sketch shows(Okan Cabalar, Mahir Ipek etc.). Kivanc was outstanding in his second collaboration with Yilmaz. I loved Ata Demirer's cameo. Ahmet Mumtaz and Guven Kirac were also good additions. With all those good things aside, there was a huge problem with Bensu Soral. Her acting still needs a lot of work and when added with her moral-oriented character; it was like a disturbance to the tone and rythm of the other aspects of the film. I would have liked to see Berfin to continue because of their dynamics with his father. Characters: I mentioned most of my opinions in the casting section. Let's see what I can add. Kivanc's villain was almost good as Cem Yilmaz's Muslum Okan Cabalar's Ziya was my favourite addition to the con crew Riza and Ezgi's rise among ranks were well received by my humble self. Did I mention I loved Ata's cameo? (Belki de coban itfaiye ruhlu bir adamdi) Glad that Ersin's character finally got a name. BKM Mutfak crew's two cadets were on the spotlight and they didn't disappoint. Safa's character was very entertaining. Atakan was OK but didn't harm. Script: I don't want to blame it all on Bensu but some of the problems were linked to her performance. But first the Pros: It was nice to enjoy Yilmaz Erdogan's signature witty dialogues. I beleive it is not outdated even with the vast ocean of all kinds of humor on the net. Now some mixed thoughts: Film's structure was different comparing to its predecessor which can be briefly explained as a series of cons and hilarious conversations leading to a brutal beating perpetrated by the antagonist. In the sequels, con plays were limited to the beginning of the film. A tense father-daughter relationship was introduced and there were more action-packed scenes. So referring to my first sentence, father-daughter relationship didn't work due to the actresses' performance and action scenes were mediocre at best. So the only shining aspect remaining was hilarious interactions between characters. Referring again to the father daughter relationship because it also contained films morals and onerme, couldn't land well as the first film. Music: Nil Karaibrahimgil is always welcome. P.S. This film also contains a beating(partial) by antagonist P.S.S. Good Luck to the new BKM Mutfak crew.

AN AVERAGE SEQUEL FOR A BIG CLASSIC
KeremUlucay24 February 2019
After years, Yilmaz Erdogan clearly improved himself as a director. And as an actor too. Sequel's cast is not as big as first one's but if we are talking acting performances of this movie, there is not so much to say. Because they did an amazing job. Tatlitug, Erdogan, Mola, young actors and actresses who raised in BKM... They all are good. Story hasn't something so different or creative and it goes unnecessarily dramatic sometimes but it is still fun. Has a good action, those scenes has directed well. Dialogues are okay, not so laughing but I can say "funny sometimes". And if I have to talk about worst thing this movie have, it is commercials in it. They wrote some characters for just making money. Thats meanless. Im not opposite of commercials in movies but in this film, they are just exaggerated.

such a cliche scenario
akkassalih17 February 2019
Characters in the movie and the incidents are very common cliches in Turkish movies and TV Series. Illegal jobs and characters and a naive guy decieved by them. Romantic scenes was also very unrealistic. Writing and actings were too bad for a Yilmaz Erdogan movie.

i like
ibrahimtok5 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
First of all, it was not as good as the first movie, the story was continued in a simple way.

Kivanc Tatlitug played the character of Sari Saruhan very well. Ata Demirer's scene was entertaining. Ahmet Mumtaz Taylan could have been given more space. It's nice that they commemorate Erdal Tosun The beauty of Mahir ipek's scene at the beginning, as well as the simple way Bensu Soral and Ezgi Mola followed throughout his acting, could have been preferred to other actors.

The theater where they showed the views of Istanbul and the action scenes and progress in the second half was full, you know, everyone in the hall was the same. Even though there were subtle jokes and stuff, it wasn't very good, with this cast that looked better, but it was weak in that respect, it can be said to be good in general, so I give it an average score.

Cheesy
mannibabba16 February 2019
With all the fuss about ticket price shares for the producers and the fight between cinema operators and the movie makers, I was hoping that Turkish movie makers were atleast trying to defend the good product that they created.

After i watched it on the Netflix after the 2nd week of theatrical release!! I was surprised that this title didn't even come close to the first movie, which was very good.

I didn't even liked the acting except Kivanc Tatlitug's performance. I think, by alone, his portrayel of the the Sari Saruhan was the only good thing with the movie.

Movie relied on the panaromic shots of the Istanbul and the background music so much, it was like a music video.

There was no script, dialouges were so cheesy. I think i laughed at some point and i cannot even remember where it was and who was involved on that scene.

Shockingly good sequel.

REVIEW FOR ORGANIZE ISLER SAZAN SARMALI

Having watched the original Organize Isler, I have to admit that the ONLY reason I decided to watch this sequel was because Kivanc Tatlitug's name was associated with it, as I found the original tedious, slow paced, lacking in humor, action and acting ability.

Wow what an incredible surprise I was in for. From the opening credits of the aerial views of the Bosphurus and Istanbul, paired with great uptempo music, it grabs your attention immediately.

The original main characters are back, still in the con game. This time the story centers around Aslim Noyan's daughter (Nazli) and her prospective husband, who is scammed out of his savings.

Kivanc's character Sari Surahan is the gambling mafia boss, which he plays to perfection. A pot bellied gangster, with a hilarious snicker/tick. He drives a gold Mercedes with a fur lined dashboard covered in plastic gold lions.

There are multiple plot lines running alongside each other with multiple different cons where one of Aslim's sidekicks falls foul of Sari Surahan. Lots of fast paced car chase scenes and boat chase scenes ensue. All extremely well done.

I can only imagine how difficult it must have been for the characters to keep a straight face whilst filming. The comedy timing is spot on. Superior script and acting by everyone in the movie.

Once again Kivanc Tatlitug is a standout in this movie. He amazes me with his ability to change his body shape, facial expressions, mannerisms, taking on completely different habits and creating a completely believable character. Sari Surahan may not be one of his prettier roles, but boy it's one you won't forget any time soon.

If I have anything negative to say, it is that Kivanc did not get enough screen time. This movie left you wanting more..... maybe this was by design, in order for a follow up sequel. This is probably one of his top 3 performances. The only reason it is not his top performance is because of lack of screen time IMO.

I fully expect this to do extremely well worldwide. In fact it is already holds Turkeys highest box office record for the first weeks opening ever. I highly recommend watching.

Huge disappointment

A lot of Istanbul panorama and a very convincing Saruhan (Kivanc Tatlitug) not sufficient to save the poor screenplay and shooting coupled with bad acting.

An Istanbul Movie
yasar-denizci5 February 2019
Forget everything . If you love Istanbul , panoramic Istanbul views in this movie is fair enough . Musics in the first movie was legend . Music in the second one is not so good as the first. Characters are quite successful. Scenario is well known . But contains lots of little surprises. As mentioned at beginning Istanbul views are enough to forgets the failures.

Quality Comedy, We Missed Movies Like This..
farahece4 February 2019
This movie is 10/10 because it had a brightening and optimistic comedy side to it. Since we were getting used to all the "cheesy" and "bad quality" sarcasms for so long in the Turkish film industry.. I have not been into a quality comedy movie in so long, I had to leave the theatre one time. Looking at it from this perspective; the movie was very very good. The script was well-written, each character was distinctive and the visuals were great. It showed a different side of Istanbul. The first movie was filmed in 2005 which sounds surprising, however, the movie was still original. The jokes were original and the movie synthesized other issues aswell, such as dad-daughter relationships which made us laugh but think at the same time. Kivanc Tatlitug was very successful with his acting. Well-done, Yilmaz Erdogan, you did not let us down once again! This is the quality we have been missing for so long.

Real good sequel
orhan-agirdag4 March 2019
It seems that many Turkish viewers are almost programmed to write bad reviews. Most of the time, the quality of Turkish comedy in the last decade was indeed pretty bad. But Organize Isler 2 is clearly an exception. Real good story line, great acting and at least seven times that I had to laugh out loud. Recommended !
