- A woman kills a man with a scalpel and an axe and then skinned him and stuffed him into a taxidermy mount. Every gory detail is shown.
- Stacey stabs her husband in the center of the forehead with a scalpel. He pulls the blade out and a copious amount of blood spurts out as he crawls dying across the flood before Stacey picks up and axe and strikes him repeatedly in the back with an axe, killing him.
- A major protagonist is sawed through the throat by a group of people. The saw is graphically cut through the entire neck while the camera focuses on the beheading.
- An alien creature bursts from a rock and causes a group of people to start bleeding from the eyes and nose. They begin to scream before two of them die after one's face begins to melt, revealing the skeleton, and the other's head explodes, splattering blood onto the camera. Two others begin to run but are struck by bolts of lightning and electrocuted to death.
