Story is the soul!

Dev has proved once again that besides comedy..other genres can survive in Punjabi industry. The story is the soul of the movie as it is based on the real life events of Mintu Gurasuria. It is his story from being a kabaddi player/topper in academics to gangs/drug addict and then again to a journalist. The movie is very entertaining and watchable. The actions sequences and songs are all beautiful. The female lead doens't have much to do rest all other characters does a decent job. A must watch of 2018 as the year was full of crap comedies!

A really different film

This is one movie I liked after watching kaka ji I had low expectations from this movie but man it was surely a good movie. I really appreciate the makers of the film , dev kharoud seems convincing this one. Without giving any spoilers I would say if you want to see a good movie on Amazon prime and a Punjabi one then this is number one choice it is totally different not your usual gangster thing neither slapstick average comedy but a movie with a soul

It's probably my favorite film with Dev Kharoud. He gave an incredible performance which left me in strong emotions all along the movie. I will watch and rewatch this excellent movie.

One of my favourite movies of all time .. a lot different then regular punjabi slapstick comedies. Acting performance by each and every cast member is great. This one have emotion, drama twists occasional humour action and most important . This film is based on true story thus carry a great and much needed message for punjabi audiences. Dose movie did justice with mintu gurusaria's biography Regret not watching it in theatre.

Not a typical Punjabi comedy.

It is a proper/real drama movie with only situational based songs. You will not get bored with the movie, that is for sure.

My 2nd Dev Khroud movie after Gandhi. It is not a 80min movie, it is full fledge story with surprisingly no missing scenes/story.

This is an amazing movie. Very intense, lots of drama, even some scenes that make you smile. So you get a variety of emotions just by watching this film. And superb acting by Dev Kharoud.
