Plot

A World War I veteran is sent to Kuttanad as a postman to deliver money orders and letters to the families of soldiers. Soon, the happiness that his visits brought to the families turns into sadness with the outbreak of the World War II.

Set during World War II, a postman (Panicker) in a small Kerala village is lauded by proud families for delivering money orders and letters from their sons at the battlefield until one day when he starts delivering news about their martyrdom.—Tejas Nair
