Not the real Super Bowl

The real Super Bowl between the Patriots and Saints didn't happen because the Rams paid off the refs in the NFC championship game. = 0/10

Tom Brady won again though. = 10/10

That averages out to a 5/10

Worst. Super Bowl. Ever.

The game itself was a dud. The halftime show was a bore. Even the commercials were uninteresting.

Hopefully next year's big game will be better than this piece of crap

This one should be deleted on my DVR as this game wasn't as exciting as past super bowls. The commercials, halftime, and presentation of the big game sucked. Even the show that premiered after the big game didn't pique my interest so i went to bed. Hopefully the next super bowl in Miami is a far better super bowl as the NFL celebrates its 100th season.

As a one-time Patriots fan, I can truthfully say that I have only watched two Super Bowls in my fifty-something years of life. Their debut in SB20, in which they lost to the Chicago Bears 45-10. And the over-hyped cure for insomnia that was SB53!

Yeah, I know. Teams that are too evenly matched, defensively, will always result in a low-scoring game. But, restricted to a single-digit tie for three-and-a-half quarters?! Trust me, folks. I am not exaggerating when I say I found myself tuning in the SEC Channel re-runs of Arkansas vs. Georgia and Alabama vs. Missouri women's gymnastic meets with increasing frequency.

And I found each of them twice as suspenseful.

Heck! I was at the edge of my seat when The Crimson Tide and The Tigers, at the end of the first three rotations, alone, were almost tied at 148 points apiece!

So, let me summarize by saying that if any Monday-morning quarterback dares tell me I don't know what I missed, I will unapologetically reply: "Oh, yes I do!"

I'm here after finding out what happened during the halftime of this Super Bowl. Why did they tease everyone with a few barely audible seconds of Sweet Victory from Spongebob and just play Sicko Mode instead? They could've made a tribute to the amazing Stephen Hillenburg and one of the most if not THE most well known Spongebob episode. What a disappointment...

Extremely Awesome Stadium and Horrible Halftime

I was extremely excited to watch the song Sweet Victory from Spongebob. The day of Super Bowl 53 . I was watching until after I halftime show is over. Even I don't care about sports. But it's time for halftime. They barely play Sweet Victory that they supposed to play during this event but they changed Stick Mode . Okay only things are flying over. That's awesome. And stadium is legit awesome how the roof open.

Worst of Everything

One of the Worst Super Bowls as people tired of the Patriots and people did not think Rams deserved to be in it there due to Saints being cheated out of.

Also worse ever halftime show from Maroon Five and Adam Levine the now former Voice judge and bad commercials there.

For a die hard football fan like me, really wished I skipped it. Just saying.

Super Bowl

As a Patriots fan I think I liked this game more than others did, but it is clear the public did not like a defensive battle. I liked it because that is something we haven't seen too often in the 21st Century.

The Patriots win again. I love it, but clearly many will not.

I legitimately feel bad for anyone who spent thousands of dollars to see this in person. They should get their money back.

Well, I am glad to be able to review the Super Bowl for the first time! I admit that it's hard to review something that's mostly known for its commercials. In fact, I heard that the majority of people watch it for the commercials! This featured the New England Patriots beating the Los Angeles Rams 13-3. From what I heard, that was the least amount of points scored for any Super Bowl! That's pretty anti-climatic!

Still, it could have been worse seeing as how the Rams went for awhile without scoring any points at all. The commercials this year seemed to be a lot more serious than usual. Did we really need four Bud Light commercials? My favorite might have been the one where the kids with deformities are learning how to play with other kids. These are still good. Great to know my parents live in the city where this is! ***1/2

I thought the game was Ok I guess. But what really stood out to me (not in a good way) was the freaking HALF TIME SHOW not only was maroon 5 performance dull but boring more like maroon 5/10. I guess Travis Scott and big boi where good but not good enough to out perform maroon 5 cringy and stupid performance. The commercials were pretty good better than last year Top 10 best ones 1 Avengers endgame trailer 2 Amazon alexa the one with the dog :D 3 elevator 4 burger king 5 olay skin lotion 6 100 super bowl 7 bud light 8 x box kid 9 t mobile 10 robot dream

Not the average SB

This was not a high adventure in scoring. It was a defensive fight with some scoring. I liked it because it was such a slugfest. I give the first half of play a B-, the abysmal halftime a D, the second half of play an A, and the overall commercials a C. It was not one for the ages, and frankly the Saints should have been there instead of the Rams, but it was a good SB (not a great one).

From its opening kick-off to the final gun, this program ran . . .

. . . about 212 minutes, 24.09 seconds. That puts SUPER BOWL LIII in the same ball park as GWTH and TITANIC in terms of duration. Though both the Civil War and that accident-prone ocean liner involved lots of folks, the anonymous hordes pretty much served as "extras" for "Rhett" and "Jack," respectively. These facts beg the question, of course, is Patriot QB "Tom" more of a Rhett or a Jack? All three dudes wind up in the arms of gals boating movie star looks (though Jack's paramour is admittedly borderline). While "Rose" and "Gisele" have front-row seats (or deck chairs) from which to witness their guys' heroics, "Scarlett" mostly languishes in various Ladies' Rooms, far from any real action. Notwithstanding the fact that all three of these Busy Boys have their legal troubles, most people will see Jack's stowaway and handcuff shenanigans falling far short of Rhett's blockade running and later rides with the clan. Therefore, the protagonist of SUPER BOWL LIII--infamous Deflate-Gate Plotter Tom--is much more of a Rhett than a Jack.
