Traitors begins with this very deep, intriguing, slightly heavy opening episode. It's very clever drama, it tells a very unusual story, what life is like just after the war, how the threat of new enemies instantly appeared.
It felt a bit like someone had penned a script in the style of John Le Carre, but didn't quite have his skill for character. It is interesting, and it does tell a fascinating story, I like the political aspect, how the country opted for a Labour Government following the end of the war.
Terrific performances, Emma Appleton was superb as Feef.
As this opens up I'm sure I'll enjoy it more. 6/10
