It's a bit of a shame that "Reunion" couldn't hit all the high marks that the past few weeks have gotten. The show was really making big steps to thin the narrative. While it was a very cohesive story and not an ever branching subplot series, this episode felt a little to Poison Ivy centric. Not that she is a bad character, but I find that the show would be better off exploring James Gordon (Ben Mckenzie) or Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) just a little more. Yes, we did get some possible future arc's for them, especially now that Gordon is on to Sofia Falcone (Crystal Reed). Sofia has proven a little annoying of late, but remains a solid villain who you love to hate. Bruce and Alfred's (Sean Pertwee) reunion felt a tad bit rushed, but sensible.
