Featured review
I did feel that the second episode slowed the pace down. Things ramp up in this episode; Matt and Sweat are cutting and digging their way out.
It is Matt who is manipulating events. He has pumped up Tilly enough that she buys blades and tools for him. She thinks it is for making picture frames but I think Tilly has doubts. Trouble is she pays by credit card.
Tilly also pines for Sweat and thinks she is cheating on him by having regular sex with Matt. However Matt also needs Sweat, someone to do the digging and comes up with a plan for him to return to his old cell.
It is Tilly who is a risk at the moment. She is not an experienced con like the other two. Palmer is suspicious of her behaviour and her husband thinks she is up to something.
The episode goes full tilt for atmosphere but slows down too much for character moments.
