DUMB.
The SEAL team spends most of the episode worried about accidently detonating the nuclear weapons they are transporting. They're worried about bumps in the road, the weapons sliding around and banging into each other, etc.
Nuclear weapons only detonate if the chain reaction is started via some sort of trigger. Nuclear weapons have fallen off airplanes without detonating. The worst that can happen is that if the core containing the radioactive material is damaged, the immediate area around the device would be contaminated. Nuclear weapons don't detonate because of an impact alone.
