  Black Lightning : Uh-uh-uh! Now, let's try this again. What are the chemicals for?

  Randy : [Whimpering]  Green Light. It's not mine. It's - it's... I usually pick up and deliver. This time, they gave me a little extra to keep it around.

  Black Lightning : Who's they?

  Randy : I don't know his name.

  Black Lightning : Did you just lie to me?

  Randy : No! No! I didn't!

  Black Lightning : Then, why don't I believe you?

  [BL starts shocking him by electrifying the water]
