Warning: Spoilers
The Russian Spetsnaz Alphas would have gotten to the crash site 10 hours before SEAL Team Bravo. Just a matter of Geography and Flight times. SEAL Team Bravo would have taken over 20 hours to get there from Stateside.

Because of this U.S. Army Special Forces Afghanistan that have Successfully done the Covert Search And Rescue (SAR) Missions would have done this Covert SAR Mission. As arriving in about 2 hours not over 20 hours of SEAL Team Bravo, and 8 hours before Russian Federation Alphas, hours before the Chinese PLAN Battalion. U.S. Army Special Forces Vietnam have done the Covert SAR Mission long before the U.S. Navy SEALs were trained to do SAR Missions, as the USN SEALs Vietnam were primarily "Direct Action" Teams.

I have said many times Supersonic Transport Aircraft are needed for Special Operations Forces. As capable of Supersonic and slowing down to extremely slow speeds.

High Altitude Mountains, mentioned as "12,000 feet", at that altitude you get High Altitude Sickness, requiring you to wear an Oxygen Tank for weeks minimum until you get Acclimatized, or you go unconscious.

The Chinese PLAN do have Night Vision, they simply bought Generation 1 Night Vision from the Russian Federation and mass produced those like they make Millions of one product for Walmart.

The U.S. Thermals used to see the 700 Chinese PLAN, would have seen the Russian Federation Spetsnaz also.

It is true that there are different kinds of Spetsnaz, but there are also different kinds of Alphas also, as to what they are highly trained and experienced to do. Spetsnaz Alpha Hunter Killer Teams are not necessarily great at doing other Alpha Foreign Internal Defense Missions, or Alpha Infiltration Missions.
