The proposal 😭
moonlight_strand11 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Connor's proposal to Oliver was quite literally one of the best proposals I've seen on TV in my opinion.

Connor's been going through a lot mentally with the past gruesome events he's been apart of, plus with him trying to contemplate what he wants in life with his dad on his case, saying Oliver wasn't right for him.

But in the end, he pulled through with a great response to Oliver's initial proposal.

Setting up the little hut in the apartment was literally so adorable first of all.

Connor truly was so happy in this moment he had me smiling ear to ear. Oliver, overall, has been the person to change Connor's life in ways that he could've never imagined, and it's really a sight to see his growth thus far.

The twisty tie from the loaf of bread he used to propose to Oliver with was one of the sweetest things I've ever seen 😭

Of course, the scene ended the happiness i fear so I try not to think of that too much, cause the scene itself before that was perfection in my book 😭

Probably the most heartwarming episode yet!

No spoilers here, but let's just say that all the ships in the show had incredible moments in this episode. Also after seeing Connor as an unhappy mess since pretty much the beginning of the show, it's so beautiful to see him truly shine and be the best version of himself. The storyline with Annalise and Isaac just keeps getting weirder and all the more intriguing, as does Bonnie's love-hate behaviour towards Annalise. The storyline where the students are trying to bring down Laurel's father for his crimes is also in my personal opinion one of the show's most thrilling, and I cannot wait to see what happened at the night of the crime.

The few final minutes makes you want to wish it was optional to skip right to the next episode, almost more than ever before, as the insanity of the night of the crime is reaching towards its crescendo in the next episode. RIP: my patience.

Jimmy Smits has added a new dimension to this show. He is obviously deep in some kind of psychological hell. The hearing about the class action suit is really well done, but what are his motivations? He is so tightly wound. And, despite her successes, Annalise is also in those depths. Bonnie continues to be conflicted. The group is about to move in on the law firm at Laurel's behest, trying to get her father convicted of murder. Asher is becoming a loose cannon (why Michaela sees anything in hime is beyond me). There's so much more, but this episode rights a ship that was tipping.
