Biographies about celebrities can be powerfully inspiring, to let people see how difficult is to get successful. But without losing hope and have some luck in life, these people would get the goal they have been looking for. In the same way, it is interesting to see how complicated is to move forward, after these celebrities have been through some of the most problematic issues, like when they have been bullied, abused, tormented and so on. These stories can be told either in the books, television series, or even in movies, to see the celebrities' memories and their thoughts about how they felt, when they have been through their long road before they became famous. Demi Lovato is one of the most popular and talented singers, for her unique way to sing the songs as she has one of the most powerful voices. She is also an inspiration to several fans, since Demi Lovato has been open about her personal issues, as she still encourage the fans to believe in what they do without giving up. As well as to always fight against some of the most problematic issues, by never let them break anybody down. In 2017 came out Simply Complicated by Hannah Lux Davis. The movie's plot: Demi Lovato shares her story from her childhood to the success where she arrived then, through the interview she is getting open about her personal issues like when she was bullied, the food disorder, drug addictions and so on. Until she becomes sober to live a healthy life and be stronger, to become then a great inspiration. Simply Complicated explores in the most emotional way about the memories of Demi Lovato, to see what were her feelings when she was struggling with her personal issues. The documentary would also show some old pictures and videos, when Demi Lovato was a little child as well as when she was a teenager, where she acted in the movie Camp Rock and performed her songs in the concerts. These old pictures and videos make the editing compatible, without ruining the narration's rhythm. The documentary gets interesting to see Demi Lovato's feelings, when she was becoming successful by getting so much pressure while she moves forward with her career. In the same way, Demi Lovato's family, colleagues and friends, share their memories to express their thoughts when she was getting successful as well as when she was addicted. Until they have been impressed for how Demi Lovato became stronger, once she became sober and healthy, as she also practice kickboxing and jiujitsu which are sports of discipline. Simply Complicated is one of the best and most inspiring documentaries of all time, about one of the strongest and most inspiring celebrities.

A good documentry

Im not a fan of pop singers but decided to give this a go after watching the trailer on youtube and I have to admit its a good documentary whether you like demi or not, this has alot of impact of what went on in her life and explained things well. Overall i give this a 8 out of 10.

Watch it if you are a huge fan of Demi Lovato

I was always a massive fan of Demi Lovato since 2008. What I love about her is her honesty with her fans and she is very down to earth. This documentary explores the life of Demi from her upbringing in Texas to her struggles with alcohol,drugs and her eating disorder. She says in one scene that she would literally put Vodka in an empty bottle and drink it up and thrown up in the car.

She talks about her father as well who has since passed away in 2013 from cancer and she admits that he was a drug addict and an alcoholic.

Personally I actually feel empathy for her because she had a very hard life from dealing with her drug addicting father to becoming someone that she had to be to impress her fans. She even mentions that she was bullied in school and kids in her class would tell her to die and they even had a petition about her killing herself(which made me sick btw). I had the pleasure to go to her concert this year and she was brilliant and amazing. I was gutted when she relasped this year and took a drug overdose 14 days ago.

All I gotta say is watch Simply Complicated and you will know why she is the way she is. I was so fascinated and so emotional watching it.

Hope she gets better soon.

REALLY good,speacilly if you,like me love Demi Lovato. The story of an amazing singer with a hard life,wich you can know more about by seeing this FANTASTIC documentary. For a documentary it sure deserves a 10 out of 10.
