I liked it, but was a bit confused at times
chilligrrl29 January 2020
I liked it. Good acting, an interesting plotline, but the story chopped around a bit and being a very very basic tourist level Korean speaker i kind of lost the plot here and there as i don't think the translation explained some of the time and plot jumps enough. The spirit guy was a cutie, as was the young policeman (Hoya from Infinite i think his name is). The henchmen were a bit too childish and crazy, but then again without them the story could have been a bit boring. I still liked it though enough to give it an 8, but 2 of that is probably for the spirit guy and Hoya.

Funny but not a fresh concept
deanadeva3 May 2020
It was funny watching this. Lot of laugh and the story does keep you wondering who is the person behind? All the way through. But it isn't a fresh concept. The male leads and their bromance was definitely good. It's a good watch for light hearted entertainment.

Great

Outstanding performance of both first and second lead which was excellent . Its a kdrama that will keep you posted. It has romance , action , comedy and drama. Kim Seonho is very funny. The drama starts with unexpected twist that will keep your interest in the next episode. Highly Recomended.

Too predictable and boring
reccca17 November 2020
The only thing that keeps me from watching is Cho Jong Suk. He is a great actor. unfortunately, the story is too mainstream and the cases is predictable. However, the detectives are just too clueless and slow witted that's so irritating. The spirit could help much more than that; he can spy on the suspect , yet he didn't as if he isn't invisible.

The romance also didn't build up nicely and there is no chemistry whatsoever.

Hence, it's just too plain and general.

Action for Jong suk
lmerana19 April 2018
Jong suk doing action is something new. He acts really good. The plot is not that interesting knowing who is the killer at 5 episodes is not good. The twists did not help the plot much. There were so many unnecessary scenes with too many characters to follow.

Good Timepass entertainment

Warning: Spoilers
Finished another kdrama 'Two Cops'

This is a typical kdrama which has all the 'korean masala', action, comedy, mystery, fantasy, hint of romance, bromance, everything.

Started this for Kim SeonHo but end-up liking Jo Jung-suk more.

He does all the heavy-lifting. His switching of characters from the serious detective to a goofy con artist was flawless.

Kim SeonHo is good in comedy scenes.

Hyeri is ok.

Mystery is ok.

There are loopholes in plotline. Till halfway it's very fun n comedy. Things get serious in 2nd half.

Background music is too loud n suggestive, as how a viewer must feel during the scene, kind of annoying.

Otherwise good timepass.

Not Good enough
PennyReviews17 January 2018
Probably the only thing I enjoed about this drama was the character changing his personality. So, I guess the performances from both male leads. That said, the female lead's performances wasn't that bad either, as some may point out. I wasn't really annoyed by her and for me, she added something interesting to the plot. Now, the plot. It was okay at first. However, the big mystery was not strong enough to hold the interest high throughout the drama. Which is unfortunate because otherwise it was okay. So, because it really got boring after episode 16, 3 out of 10.

Entertaining But Requires Lots of Logic Jumps
fake_moviestar20 November 2021
The logic jumps and unrealistic police work drove me insane, but the plot and performances were entertaining enough that I finished the whole show. I found the conman character to be rather irritating for about half the show, as even though he was in a coma he seemed to take his situation extremely lightly. The love triangle was also rather uncomfortable to watch as well. Jo Jung Suk did most of the heavy lifting, as he played both characters many times, however I enjoyed it more when he was acting opposite Kim Seon Ho instead of playing the conman.

Overall this was just entertaining enough to finish, but definitely had a lot of logic leaps to make the story finish. I would probably skip this unless you are a huge fan of one of the leads.
