Petey IV
bobcobb30119 November 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Some funny moments even if the Vladimir Putin kind of humor was a bit too over the top and lame.

Brian wanking it to funeral pictures was cringeworthy TV, but in a good way. It was easily one of the most awkward scenes the show has done.

Not enough Joe or Stewie in this episode though. That would be the main complaint.

Wow, I did not see that coming.

Warning: Spoilers
It seems like the Family Guy writers finally listened to The Mysterious Mr. Enter's review of Brian's a Bad Father and decided to not let off Brian easy here like what happened in that episode. They didn't just skip to whenever Brian is out of the apartment and came back home to the Griffins. They actually took the time to come up with some interesting stories to give Brian when he's still in the apartment waiting for everyone who hates him to forget about the racist tweet he deleted. I hope things between him and Martha go well in the next episode, because things went bad in this one. I also liked the main plot with Peter and Vladmir fighting and then being able to settle their differences in a friendlier way by dancing together.

Update: Martha never appears in the next episode, which is really a shame because I wanted the credits of Crimes and Meg's Demeanor to have Martha (Kristen Bell) and her sister (Idina Menzel) come back and tell Brian to not mess with social media.

Another great episode
checkinac19 November 2017
I love this episode because of how funny the interactions between Peter and President Putin was. That story-line was hilarious as hell. The Brian plot was great too. Family Guy has been improving the last few years because the writers are getting back on track with writing new changes for the better. They still have a long way to go in order to redeem the show's quality and episodes. The writers seriously need to fix the show and try newer clever ways of structuring stronger messages in their episodes like South Park, American Dad, and Rick and Morty but break out character moments of all the characters and higher educational plots with depth and complex likability within the writers perspectives and consistent reinvention of Family Guy. Subjective, subtle, and sufficient character development is long overdue and very much-needed in this show.

Loss of interest
nakomiah20 November 2017
I think the writers of this show need to go on hiatus because the hype is dead for season 16. There isn't any good cutaways, and I haven't laughed at anything on this episode. They should've just made the episode about Brian and left Peter out.I figured the idea that Putin in this episode would make it interesting but it was overall boring and a waste of time. I hope the seasons pick up as a soon as possible. Oh well, I am going to go back to watching seasons 4-8.

More Bias trash
rstang-7082012 June 2021
Family Guy really isn't as funny as it used to be, and even less so when they perpetuate bias lies. What is funny is that after this was aired their lies were debunked. Now THAT's comedy.

I'm really not sure what we're supposed to be laughing at
j_cary8814 February 2021
Anyone who thinks embracing PC culture and liberal/Trump-bashing jokes are funny are too uptight and hateful to be watching cartoons. What I really don't understand, is what message the creator, Seth, is going for. He seems to be making fun of the PC cancel culture, but clearly this show and himself leans on the left side, which is the side obsessed with cancelling everyone. This show has completely turned into a safe, unfunny, liberal borefest, and it needs to just be put out of its misery at this point. I'd give it 0 stars if it was possible.

Season 16 hits its low.
burteriksson30 October 2019
Season 16 has been rather good - until this episode and the one before. (This is part 2/2; continuance of the last episode.)

I hope this is not the point where Family Guy turns into PC crap and Putin- and Trump-bashing.

I'm afraid the same happens to Family Guy that happened to South Park: you know - PC principal, Denmark and all sorts of unfunny things. South Park actually turned into non-comedy completely.

Just bad
vasiatm26 May 2020
I am from Russia and I am dissapointed. It is just very bad episode from very bad season. It feels like writers from American Dad write all 16th season - no jokes, no interesting situation, just spanish shame, when someone did something stupid, but you feel bad for it. 1 of 10

This didn't age well
After the Steele dossier nonsense and Putin invasion of Ukraine this seems even worse now. Trump/Russia lies and Putin are not good sources of comedy. Keep out of politics Family Guy. You're bad at it.

Woke

Honestly not funny. Just Seth hopping on the leftist bandwagon. I really hope they bring comedy back or I'm just gonna turn this off. But I know it's gonna get worse so stick with the first 15 seasons before the sell out.
