Sex & Nudity

  • There is some kisses between Otto and his wife.
  • A couple inappropriate jokes
  • A character in the film admits that they are "Trans" ie transexual. This is mentioned again later in the film.

Violence & Gore

  • A man tries hanging himself but the hook breaks and he falls onto the ground. This scene is upsetting as he is choking and feeling woozy
  • Otto gets mad at a man honking and aggressively pushes him against his truck and yells in his face. Comedic though.
  • There is a bus crash. People roll over along with the bus and get really harmed. People can be seen lying in the back of the crash and covered in clothes. Very little blood is visible.

Profanity

  • A lot of curse words are used
  • A couple GD's, 1 F word, and a few other curse words throughout the movie.
  • Words like fuck, shit, goddamn, prick, son of a bitch, bastard, hell, suck, and crap are all used.
  • 6 uses of shit 1 use of fuck, prick, piss and sucks 2 uses of son of a bitch 4 uses of bastard, damn 3 paired with god and crap 1 used as crappy 8 uses of hell

  • Otto tries to kill himself with a shotgun, but he gets distracted and just shoots the roof.
  • Man keeps trying to kill himself in many different ways.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Otto tries to kill himself through carbon monoxide by leaving his car on in his garage and breathes it in through a garden hose. This attempt fails however

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Multiple suicidal attempts are made throughout the movie by Otto, however it is mostly not graphic.
  • Otto dies from an heart attack.
  • Otto considers jumping in front of a train to kill himself. Another man passes out and lands on the tracks. Otto jumps down and saves him. He considers staying on the tracks as the train approaches, but allows a man to pull him to safety at the last second.
