First in a two parter that start to peer at the underworld of New Seattle.

IZombie excels at juxtaposing the grim with the frivolous and Brainless in Seattle does so with style. These two episodes average higher on the laughter scale than most recent episodes so will appeal to those who enjoy the lighter aspects of iZombie.

It's really hard to do an exposition without spoilers so this is going to be a review lite...

Brain of the week ensues with Liv consuming a hopeless romantic and falling in love left right and centre. Comedy elements fall thick and fast with a large number of wince moments as Luvvie-Liv digs herself deeper and deeper into her new psyche and conflict with Babineaux, himself in a difficult relationship.

Yet at the end of the day, she realises where her loyalties lie and how lucky she is to have those around her who appreciate and respect her.

Not everything goes swimmingly well, however. The numerous human trafficking railroads come under scrutiny with both good and bad routes coming under the watchful eye of the authorities, both national and private...

Cheesy, but entertaining/creative

Cheesy, but entertaining/creative. I enjoyed the twists and personality changes in a lot of episodes - it kept things a bit different.
