Martin Mull doesn't seem to get the respect he deserves. While this isn't the best work of his career, his father character is always good for some laughs and I hope he can be bumped up to a series regular next season.
There wasn't much special about this episode as a finale, but I guess they were hoping the final line of Andrea literally saying, "I am so sorry," was a good payoff, given the show's title.
Funny, just not special.
