Similar plot to A Christmas to Remember (2016) where a celebrity (Mira Sorvino) gets into an accident, develops amnesia, and falls in love with the small-town guy who is widowed single dad who helps her. This is not a coincidence because both movies were co-produced for and by Hallmark.
Further proof that the movie was filmed in BC, Canada. There is a sidewalk scene in the beginning where there is a sandwich board advertising employment: "Work BC Employment Services Centre" and center is spelled "British style".
As is usually the case with made-in-British-Columbia movies, of the 10 main credited adult actors, most of them have appeared on Supernatural (2005). Only Julie Gonzalo and Fiona Forbes have not appeared on the series.
