- In one detailed scene the couple have sex. They come to his place and begin to kiss and undressing and then she lies on a bed while covering herself with a blanket. He comes to her and they have sex. Her nipples can be seen while some thrusting is visible too.
- In another sex scene it shows the couple while he is on top of her and thrusts and she is moaning until he climaxes and stop.
- After the couple have sex she tells him that this is her first time.

- A woman has a panic attack after being lightly touched by another woman; it is implied she is having a flashback to a rape. She screams intensely for around 10 seconds.
- A woman is sexually harassed while shopping for groceries; a man follows her around making lewd comments and tries to grab hold of her. The man is grabbed, wrestled and shoved to the ground by another man.
- The plot revolves around a very violent sexual assault, which is discussed several times although nothing appears on screen.
- An imprisoned man is shown with injuries. He'd implied earlier that horrible things went on in the jail. He has been falsely imprisoned in large part due to a racist policeman.
