The film, which recently wrapped production in Schenectady, NY, centers around Dani (McClincy), a straight-a student from the wrong side of the tracks, who has worked toward an academic scholarship for years. Exclusive: Miki Ishikawa (The Falcon And The Winter Soldier), Sierra McCormick (American Horror Stories) and Nick Sagar (The Princess Switch) have signed on to star in the indie horror-drama, I Don’t Want to Drink Your Blood Anymore, from writer-director Andrew Sullivan (Bokeh).
The film follows Eiko (Ishikawa), a Japanese American teenage vampire, suffering from agoraphobia, caused by the trauma from the night her family was murdered and she was turned. Unable and unwilling to leave her family’s home, she not only loses track of time, but time itself. Eiko spends most of her years avoiding others and trying not to live life as a vampire, but the world won’t leave her alone. Raz Cunningham and Geoffrey Orthwein are producing, with Sullivan serving as executive producer. The production companies involved are Zealous Pictures and LittleFire.

Exclusive: Samuel Goldwyn Films announced today that the company has picked up worldwide rights to Vw Scheich’s romantic comedy Stars Fell on Alabama. The movie will hit on-demand and digital on Jan. 8, 2021.
The deal was negotiated by Peter Goldwyn on behalf of Samuel Goldwyn Films and Uyen Le on behalf of the filmmakers.
The film stars Big Time Rush’s James Maslow, Ciara Hanna (Devil’s Revenge/ TV’s Power Rangers Megaforce), Zebedee Row (Ghost in the Graveyard), & American Idol winner Taylor Hicks.

Kelli Berglund, Beau Mirchoff and Roxane Mesquida have joined lead Avan Jogia in Now Apocalypse, Starz’s upcoming original half-hour comedy series from creator/executive producer Gregg Araki and Steven Soderberg.
Co-written by Araki, who also directs, and Vogue.com sex columnist Karley Sciortino, Now Apocalypse is a 10-episode surreal, coming-of-age comedy that follows Ulysses (Jogia) and his friends Carly (Berglund), Ford (Mirchoff) and Severine (Mesquida), who are on various quests pursing love, sex and fame while navigating the strange and oftentimes bewildering city of Los Angeles.
