All-time Adult great Nina Hartley found her true calling in sex education, spotlighted over the last couple of decades in dozens of these helpful pseudo-documentaries for the Adam & Eve label. This vintage one (that I had to add to IMDb some 17 years after its release) is notable for how effective is Nina's verbal delivery, always personal, honest and hitting just the right tone of helpfulness and correctness.
That she is a trailblazer in the area of free expression and self- realization is obvious, but I am even more impressed with how she takes a sort of "free love" movement dating back to the counter-culture of the '60s (the Berkeley born actress is just the right age for that local Summer of Love back in 1967 that helped start a revolution) to a benign and perfectly logical extension even for our current Right Wing era (where banning of not only abortion but also birth control seems right around the Pence corner).
Porn hounds should obviously steer clear of this episode, as the lion's share of the running time is devoted to Nina yapping non-stop, telling us what we in fact need to know. A video featuring Ian Daniels and Taylor Rains plays on a screen in the background, but it is amusing to watch Nina's friend and co-star Herschel Savage lying on the bed behind her with such a glassy stare on his face that is so extreme that I thought he might be auditioning for an Adult Video gig impersonating the yule log which some indie stations play on tape at Christmas time as ambient background. Anything for a paycheck seems to explain Herschel's participation. He does get a hand job and blow job from Nino to demonstrate the title of this video's premise.
