Victor and Isolina are elderly Puerto Ricans who have apparently moved to the States. Their grandson sits and listens to each one separately as they describe their lives. Sadly, the pair seemed to care nothing for each other and apart from spawning together lived entirely separate lives. Now that they are older, they each blame the other for their lives and it leaves you feeling rather wistful and sad.
The animation for this one is fair (at best) and because the characters didn't like each other and the story was so flat, it's hard to recommend this one. I do, however, hope that the filmmaker learns his craft from this one and returns with greater things...things you can care more about than this odd one.
