As a history buff it was very satisfying and binge worthy. The supports showing the various artifacts add so much more substance. The interviews with the descendants and the various interviews added a unique depth to the docuseries. The migration of the various populations and their contributions to the American fabric is fascinating. It is more of a birds eye view of each countries migration. I would like to see a second docuseries that goes more into depth with each populations migration.

Like the title says, wow as I have never seen a documentary contradict its self on the levels this one does. 20 mins in they are saying the Irish are the one who claim the biggest heritage with 32 million claiming to be of Irish descent, at the end they claim its the Germans with 15 million and it goes on and on, christ they even try rewrite history claiming the civil war started over slavery when proper historians have proven it was not.
